Perfect place for a DYI guys. Really knowledgeable on the stuff they have (something that is harder and harder to find these days) even if all you have is a picture of the thing you’re looking for. Probably the only time I ever got a project done without having to make multiple trips

Have been going to Richard Supply for years. When our boiler needed replacing, Richard supply was able to guide us through the replacement process by helping consider different options available that fit within our budget. They also carry a wide variety of brands and parts needed for the typical plumbing project. Overall, I would Recommend.

I'm a DIY'er and ran into a problem I couldn't solve. Home Depot in Shirley had no one in plumbing, not a soul. Went here and the guy behind the counter coached me through the project. Customer for life.

These guys were extremely helpful. They saved me from hiring a plumber. I wanted to descale my tankless system. One of the sevice valves was stuck in the closed position. Even after it turned, it wouldn't open. I removed the valve and brought it down to Richard Supply. They were able to open and add on a valve with a metal turn switch. It all worked and it saved me money and headaches. It cost me $21. They even included some pipe dope for the threads going back into the sytem. Thank you!
