Sleaze of the highest order. I’m talking about intentionally breaking your HVAC equipment and charging you thousands to fix it. Or assigning insane diagnosis to tiny issues (“your unit is leaking? We need to do a $12,000 full replacement ¯\_(ツ)_/¯”) This is the contractor your dad warned you about. There’s a special place waiting for these guys.
