Great price I called A to Z Plumbing to have a gas line removed, and they were great! They came out the next day, worked quickly, were reliable, and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Prompt response. Good work, however ask labor rate before starting plumbing job. A-Z Labor rate on the high side.$450 for 2 hour labor with $89 for parts to install sink drain. Paying for plumber and helper, when not necessary to have a helper for such a small job. Upon completion of job plumber was unable to tell me the cost. Hamptons prices for Center moriches location.

You called for a leak at your sink, we were there the next day and resolved the problem to your satisfaction. As far as the cost, no where in our conversation did you ask what our service rate was. You asked the mechanic after the job was completed and our guys do not get involved with pricing, they are there to perform the job. Our rate is the same whether you live in Center Moriches or "The Hampton" as you proclaimed. We do not price our services by location or your personal wealth. This is an industry standard price and you are free to call other companies and see what they are charging. Our crews are a mechanic and helper. Again, we do not personalize the service based on the job. We cannot send out a crew and let you decide if it is a one or two man job. That is why you hire a professional. If the question had been asked at the time of booking this appointment we would not be having this conversation. The bottom line is you called us for a service and we provided this service promptly and efficiently. We are sorry that you don't find our fees to be of value. When you hire a licensed professional you are paying for their experience and expertise.

Update After "Response from the owner" Suggesting the company update its voicemail message to include hours of operation. Proceed with caution! I was referred to this company by Paraco after a failed gas line pressure test. The Paraco technician informed me there’s a leak in my main gas line, they’re unable to locate it, and that I need to call a Professional Plumber to identify the location of the leak and repair it. They provided me with the Phone Number for "A To Z Plumbing and Heating Inc.", then indicated “they should be able to get out here today.” Starting at 10:00 am ET I left at least five messages over a four hour period, three days have transpired since leaving those messages and I’ve yet to receive a callback. Thinking this company may no longer be in business. If this company is still in business, then it’s a shame that phone calls for emergency service are ignored.

In response to your experience...your first phone call was on July 5 the Friday after the 4th of July. You left several messages regarding your gas issue. Our office was closed for the holiday. We do not have a designated emergency line as we do not provide emergency services after business hours. Paraco should never have told you that we could be there the same day. Paraco does not do our scheduling nor do they have any relationship with us that dictates when we go to a call. I received your messages on Monday 7/8 when the office was opened. I did not respond because the messages stopped on Friday and being it was an emergency it was apparent the issue was addressed or there would have been additional attempts to reach us the following day. Paraco should have given you an alternate number in case we could not get to you. I am sorry you had this issue, but now you know why the calls were not returned.
