Reasonable price We've used Ric Plumbing for several projects over the years, including replacing our sump discharge line to the drainage ditch, installing several sump pumps, and adding a water-powered backup sump pump to our home. Every experience has been excellent. They do quality work, show up when they say they will, and, most importantly, they stand behind their work. It's hard to find contractors you can trust, and Ric Plumbing has earned our confidence through consistently professional service over the years. Great price I've heard that RIC is the best plumber in Buffalo, and they do not disappoint. They recently performed a bathroom installation and repaired a buried downspout bubbler. Both jobs were perfect, and very nice people to work with. I was especially impressed that the original grass was returned around the new bubbler with the ground perfectly flush with the vent - they take care of everything! Reasonable price | $1,000+ Amazing experience with these folks. Had to have our sewer line replaced due to root intrusion/partial collapse. First consult the rep showed me the scope of damage, went over their process and showed before and after photos of other jobs. Quote came in far lower than competitors who were pushy for us to sign contracts before they would even talk to our insurance. They were scheduled a few weeks out, but once they got out here, they started at 7:30am and were pulling the excavator off my lawn by noon. Was paid and completely done by 1pm. Reasonable price I recently had a sewer trap repaired in my front yard flower bed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. I was honestly worried about potential damage to my rock wall and yard, but the crew was incredibly careful, respectful, and professional throughout the whole process. Great price | $1,000+ We had three different contractors quote on the job to repair our sewer line from our property and into the street. The quotes were shocking, but the cost was largely fixed around the trenching. Thankfully we heard about R.I.C. Plumbing from a friend who had a wonderful experience with their work. All we can say is that this far exceeded out expectations in that they repaired everything without any digging. R.I.C. RIC Plumbing was easily the most disappointing experience. They showed up late, put in almost zero effort, and gave me no useful information. After explaining the situation, the tech looked at the cap, glanced at the basement for five minutes, and didn’t test anything, diagnose anything, or even attempt to locate the blockage. The entire visit took maybe 15 minutes, and he walked out saying he needed to “crunch numbers” and would get back to me Monday — while my family still has no working toilet. For a company that could’ve earned a large job, the lack of professionalism and effort was astonishing. I won’t be calling them again.

I called RIC to investigate my backed up yard drain tile that was collecting water. I made it very clear to their office that I had no detailed information about the system or the location of any cleanouts. Despite this, they sent out a crew who spent exactly 14 minutes on-site from when I received their phone call to when they left. Their "solution" was to suggest I put down some topsoil and then charged me $81 for essentially doing nothing. When I asked about the price they said because they offered advice on a solution (adding topsoil) it was still considered a service. Be sure you know exactly what the issue is and how to resolve it before calling them, as it’s apparent they’ll make no real attempt to help but will still charge you for their landscaping advice. Extremely disappointed with the lack of effort and value provided.

Scott and crew are the best. In the past I’ve lived in Lockport to Mayville and used quite a few plumbing services. These guys were recommended to me via a former coworker and now I won’t call anyone else. Not expensive, not cheap, but hands down the best.
