Great price Exceptional Service from Start to Finish — Restored New York Saved Our Home!!! After a major pipe burst in our home, we were overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Thankfully, we called Restored New York, and I can honestly say it was the best decision we could have made. From initial assessment to final repairs, George & his team were all so professional, thorough, & incredibly responsive every step of the way. They began with a detailed inspection & explained (in layman's terms!!!) exactly what needed to be done. Their water extraction process was fast & efficient, and they used top-tier drying equipment that left no trace of moisture. What impressed us most was how meticulous they were — every surface was cleaned & sanitized, and they took real care in ensuring our home was safe, especially with pets & kids often in the house. The structural repairs were flawless — walls, flooring, and even trim work were restored to better-than-before condition. They also coordinated seamlessly with other trades, including plumbing and electrical, which took a huge burden off our shoulders. In a stressful situation, Restored New York provided peace of mind, expert service, and results that exceeded expectations. If you’re facing water damage, don’t think twice — call them. You’ll be in the hands of true professionals who genuinely care. Services Flood restoration, Water removal

I've operated a business in Manhattan for about 7 years at the time of writing this post, and have felt the pain of being forced to correct shoddy work done by the lowest bidding GC over and over again. I now maintain a list of contractors, techs, and companies that can, simply put, get the job done right the first time. Wade, George, Veronika, and the RestoredNow team are at the top of my list for a majority of issues that occur at my gyms now. They were recommended to me by a mold remediation specialist to just do some drywall and electrical work following a burst pipe. Since then I have called them back multiple times for everything from lighting issues to HVAC repair. Always communicative, timely, competitive rates, and most importantly, done right.
