New FRSTeam was there for our family after a house fire, I meet with the team assigned to clean and protect our possessions. They were professional and supportive to our situation, they were quick and determined to help us. After the fire Jessica was our contact person she was warm , friendly and supportive for our family Throughout the whole ordeal When our items were returned to us, they were all professionally packed And printed labels of what was in each box The unpacking was quick and painless. All items were well protected As I never wanna go through this again, I am glad I met this Wonderful people. Thank you

After losing nearly everything in the Palisades fire, my family hired FRSTeam to clean and restore clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories they picked up from us. Almost a year later, no restoration work was ever performed. Their own invoice literally states: “No restoration performed.” Yet they continued charging monthly storage fees while holding onto our belongings and demanding payment before returning them. As people navigating the aftermath of a devastating fire, this experience felt incredibly upsetting and exploitative. We were left feeling like our belongings were being held hostage despite the agreed restoration services never being completed. In my opinion, disaster victims deserve far more transparency, communication, and compassion than what we experienced here. I would strongly encourage others to carefully review all contracts, storage terms, and billing practices before working with this company.

Do not use FRSTeam if you are working with your insurance company to claim compensation for personal items. FRSTeam will charge your insurance as much as possible to clean your items, which they will deem as mostly all salvageable, taking away compensation that belongs to you! They do not update you along the way and are not transparent about their process.

FRSTeam was so easy to work with, responsive, and thorough. After a fire, there is no greater gift than peace of mind when dealing with your favorite items and dealing with the insurance company. FRSTeam handled everything seamlessly and autonomously. Highly recommend their expertise and comprehensive service!

Our insurance hired them to “restore” our things after a fire. They shrunk every pair of jeans, they specifically said they do leather restoration…. My handbags smell like a campfire, they lost a pair of my jeans. The itemized list that they provided didn’t include a huge chunk of items. AWFUL!

Absolutely horrible. My insurance sent them out to pick up items to clean after a fire. I found out today's that they charged my insurance over $7,000! For what?? I could have replaced the items for less. They broke my crockpot and now won't return my calls or texts. They didn't take curtains and items that had terrible smoke damage but took a clean laundry basket of clothing. They say turn around is 3 weeks and it took over 6 weeks to get my stuff back. They removed my kids play couch fabric and touched the foam couch so now there is soot all over the foam and it needs to be replaced. I'm pushing my insurance to get money back from them. Absolutely terrible! Definitely decline service from them if possible. Services Service not listed

Horrible service, Break your stuff and then blame you for it. They don't repair nothing and they come 2 weeks after damage happen so water damage is already dry. Check what they did to my brand new TV after they took it for inspection after a flood in my basement.

If you can avoid doing business with this company I would recommend that you do so. If you have no choice, insist on seeing pricing up front. During a very difficult and chaotic episode I asked more than once for pricing information. It was never provided. Unwisely I authorized FRSTeam to proceed without knowledge of the pricing. I found out much later, from my insurance company, that FRSTeam had helped themselves to 12% of my personal property coverage. The items in question weren’t worth 12% of my coverage. Caveat Emptor! I became a client last year due to a very unfortunate incident. Last year my apartment was damaged very badly by all the flooding/water damage from putting out a fire in the apartment above mine. My Property Field Claims Representative with Farmers Insurance, had recommended FRSteam to help clean and restore all my wardrobe, textile, soft goods. All my clothing, shoes, bags, bedding, towels, rugs, were all taken to be cleaned and deoderizd due to the smoke and water damage. Lisa Gussack was a pleasure to work with. She was excellent, professional and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and updated with the process. All the staff that I head to deal with were very reassuring and great to work with. I was very happy and relieved with the outcome of all my goods. Almost everything was restored and it save me from having to get a whole new wardrobe and restore all my soft goods. Having a great service with impeccable customer service made a traumatic experience less stressful and I truly appreciate that.
