Reasonable price Avdo and his crew that includes his son are an outstanding group of professionals. After some unfortunate water damage, we needed some help, but we also had a few other things we’d been meaning to address, so we put it all out there. The team handled that and then some, repairing the water damage to our wall with great care and basically transforming our basement with some helpful ideas for outlets and fixtures to complement what started as dry-locking. Communication and cleanup were excellent at every step of the way and Avdo’s good humor was much appreciated. He is a man of integrity who insists on perfection in every task he took on for us, including door installation. If you’re looking for help with water damage, you might want to ask about other things on your honey-do list because there’s a good chance Avdo can help or point you in the right direction. Many thanks to him and the team, all of whom share his commitment to a happy customer at the end of a job.

These guys were great! They were always available and flexible. They were always on time. I had water damage on my ceiling, and they cleared it out, and patched it up. It looks as good as new! They even touched up the paint in other parts of the room and vacuumed it all! They were excellent!

I am so thankful I called Restoration Pro when I discovered a window leak. I was so nervous about the repairs, but Avdo immediately put my mind at ease. He started working on the window and the resulting damage the same day he came to take a look at the situation. Not only did he do excellent work, but he was kind and patient throughout the process. It is clear Avdo cares about helping people, and he is dedicated to doing great work! I knew my home was in good hands. I know I’ll be calling Restoration Pro again should I need future work done. It was truly the best experience I’ve ever had with home repairs. Avdo went above and beyond!

5 out of 5 Stars for Restoration Pro. The owner, Advo, quickly returned our call for services and was timely in fitting us into his schedule. He & his crew arrived on times and delivered excellent, high quality work. He answered all our questions and concerns. The work that was performed was a new window installation, removal of 3 wall air conditioners with interior and exterior wall repairs. They were able to utilize the siding from area new window was installed for exterior work and it looks great. Additionally, he did sheet rock install & repair and some electrical work for us. His prices are reasonable. We are highly satisfied with all the work that was done by Avdo and his crew. We have already discussed future projects with him. He is professional and personable. We highly recommend Restoration Pro.

Used Restoration Pro LLC after discovered mold from years of an overflowing dehumidifier getting under WAY too much junk stored in our basement. They cleared out our basement of all the junk and then treated the mold on floor, walls and air. They replaced our old dehumidifier with a pump dehumidifier that drained directly into our sump pump. Avdo, the owner, was initially reassuring (as I panicked with what seemed like an overwhelming task) and delivered everything he promised and was onsite during all the work….rare these days for an owner! His team was hardworking and professional led by him. Communication was easy and he responded immediately. They arrived as promised, on time and always with a positive attitude. Thank you to the team and highly recommend them!

Avdo and his crew did a great job removing the mold in our attic and installing ventilation to prevent future mold growth. They were responsive, professional, and the right price. Definitely recommend. 4 years later and we found mold in our basement. Avdo and his crew came to the rescue again. They sealed the basement and a path to outside. Then cleared the compromised material and remediated the mold. Another Fantastic experience with Restoration Pros. They do great work at a great price!

Highly recommend I am extremely grateful for the work Avdo (Restoration Pro LLC) did on my home. He came into an unfinished insurance job and started right away, which immediately relieved a huge amount of stress for me. Beyond completing the main work, he noticed several things around my house that needed attention and took the initiative to fix them as well — including installing new door handles and repairing tiles along the side of my tub. These details really mattered and showed how much pride he takes in his work. He was kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process during what was a very overwhelming time. His communication, workmanship, and willingness to help went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable, skilled, and genuinely caring.

These guys were fantastic! We had black mold growing in our basement and it's totally gone. They were thorough and did a great job making sure everything was covered and clean. We've used a few mold remedition companies in the area, and these guys are by far the best and well priced.

I cannot recommend Restoration Pro LLC and Avdo highly enough! After a sewage backup in my basement, I called several companies for quotes. While other well-known companies gave estimates over the phone without seeing the damage, Avdo came immediately to assess the situation in person and provided a detailed, honest estimate that was significantly more reasonable. He was thorough in checking both the unfinished and finished areas of my basement and found damage I hadn't noticed. He saved me money by only removing the affected carpet sections rather than the entire floor - showing real integrity. Beyond the fair pricing, Avdo and his crew were incredibly professional and personable. They made me feel like they were part of my family - they even offered to bring me coffee in the morning! His team was careful not to dirty our hallway rug, treated our home with respect, and even mopped the floor before they left. When he returned to assess other potential projects in my home, he took time to walk through and give me honest advice and cost-effective solutions for various repairs. He even took care of a couple small issues while he was there - going above and beyond without being asked. That's the kind of person he is! In a stressful situation, finding someone honest, reliable, and fair feels like winning the lottery. If you need sewage cleanup or water damage restoration in the Syracuse area, call Restoration Pro LLC. You won't regret it!

Avdo, and the crew we absolutely first rate! From the moment they came into my house, I knew we were going to be taken care of. Went above and beyond , taking extra measures to limit inconvenience for my 89 yo mother. Work is exceptional. Better than my expectations .
