Reasonable price The crew from Rainbow is exceptional. What I realized working for a week with Them is that during a catastrophic flood event they are absolutely inundated with calls for help and each call is urgent and critical. It is imperative to self advocate while at the same time be understanding that they are trying to meet everyone’s needs. They can only do one job at a time. Patience and kindness is a virtue. Overpriced Worse experience EVER!!! I had a kitchen fire in November 2025, me and my family been in a air bnb for 9 months, there’s no communication, they left me hanging for months, bear minimum was done, they still owe me money after I fired them after 8 months. Hired a new contractor that was done with everything in 5 weeks smh.. I do not recommend at all, me and my family was treated poorly, and I was nothing but nice and patient with them. Two Words- STAY AWAY. No communication, No schedule. Ripped my house apart and left me hanging for weeks. Then sends my wife a text stating they are returning my deposit. No explaination, No apology, No nothing. They couldn't even understand that they needed to schedule the insulation prior to the dry wall.

Their water damage/clean up crew was incredible. Our entire house flooded and they arrived in less than 24 hours. Employees were kind and great communicators. However, we were also going to hire them to manage the needed renovations as a result of the water damage. Once that division took over, communication was atrocious. Constantly being told we would recieve communication just to be ghosted. I have never in my personal or professional world dealt with such lack of follow through. My house was destroyed and the stress this added was horrific. It sounded great that they were going to manage all of the renovations but I ended up hiring 4 seperate contractors to do the work because I felt so uncomfortable working with Rainbow.

An unfortunate water leak in my home was made bearable, with the support of Amanda and the Rainbow Team. Having the unfortunate experience of water damage can be devastating and although I would rather have not had this happen, I’m glad that Rainbow restoration was a part of the process. They came in the same day of the incident and placed drying equipment, returned daily to check it and remained in contact with me throughout the process. Amanda and the Team were attentive and respectful. Rainbow went above the process and did it with a smile and comforting demeanor. I hope that you never have to experience home damage but if you do I highly recommend you look to the Team at rainbow and let them assist you in beginning the restoration process.

Very recently, I suffered severe water damage when a pipe broke in the apartment above mine. The property management, Birgo Realty, contacted Rainbow Renovations International of Buffalo, to remove the carpeting, and ceiling that suffered water damage from the event. Jeff, LeVert, James, and the 1 guy whose name I forgot 😞, were all very professional, and courteous. I didn’t have all of my belongings out of the apartment yet. However, they were able to move the things that were still there, out of their way and complete the job quickly and efficiently. I want to give them all a great 5 star review! I would definitely recommend Rainbow, and especially those 4 guys, to anyone in need of the type of work they do. They even cleaned up after themselves!! I’m very impressed by a job well done.

There was a small fire in my father's house that caused heat and smoke damage in a very short period of time,thank God Grand Island Fire was on top of it and got there super fast and saved the house. My siblings and I did the best we could to clean up the damage ourselves but we were overwhelmed and unsuccessful.. Rainbow restorations came in with a kind ihard working crew that worked around my disabled mother and did a wonderful job..There's no smell of smoke,it's just like it never happened..

On a second note, I also had Scott, and his team set up a "Commercial Emergency Response Plan" for our offices.
