Their immediate response, careful evaluation, and excellent communication made what could have been a nightmare far more tolerable. Working to clean up and restore a smoke and soot damaged basement following a chimney/furnace explosion, during freezing temperatures, was nothing less than heroic. For nearly a month, the team was in constant contact, providing updates, managing a filthy mess while remaining respectful of the property still in the home.
