Charged me $170,000. Every coat of paint is so thin you can see the primer underneath. They told me they where done and my house didn't have doors. My bathrooms didn't have mirrors. My attic didn't have insulation. The plumber they use argued with me because he didn't want to insulate pipes and then he refused to run lines for my dishwasher and ice maker. I ended up doing about a months worth of work myself. Never hire these guys.
They don't even deny that the painting they did is thin enough to see through. They don't deny that they didn't properly insulate my house. They don't deny that they didn't run a water line for my ice maker. They don't deny that they didn't hang mirrors in my bathrooms. They don't deny that they didn't hang doors in my bathroom, in front of my basement or on the side door of my house. They don't don't deny that I did all of the clean up after the fire by myself and I was told it would save me money I could use later during the rebuild
They don't deny that I never got to see any of those savings when It came time for me to pick out floors, cabinets, fixtures, doors or insulation. My utilities cost me more now than they did before the fire and it's not by a few dollars, it's by alot. They didn't help me at all. They helped themselves to my insurance payments. I was disappointed and I feel betrayed because I believed the reviews on here.
If you're going to hire these guys make sure you can be there every minute of every day to over see their work.
Collection agencies have never contacted me on their behalf. They actually owe me money still. I did contact the BBB about these guys. Check it yourself. Their secretary spends half of her time trying to bury these kinds of opinions. If they just did good work and lived up to their promises they wouldn't have to worry about these kinds of stories
The positive reviews on here are actually their secretary trying to find ways to keep her employers in business.

In response to the allegations above, all of our work is inspected by the city and the bank at each phase of reconstruction. No funds are released until this is done with the confirmation of the owners satisfaction. We do not need to defend our reputation, the work we have done in the past 35 years can speak for itself.
However, I will respond to the plumbing situation. The plumber did not want to install the dishwasher because he felt it was damaged. Reluctantly, he did hook it up due to the owners insistence that the dishwasher was fine. As predicted once home owner ran the dishwasher it did leak and ruined the brand new floor. Upon homeowners call for assistance on this mishap we contacted a mitigation company to do the dry out at cost to us. Once that was completed our company went back in and repaired the floor at no cost because that is the kind of business we run. In 35 years we have only had to take 2 people to collections and this just so happens to be one of them.
