I can not say enough about this company from start to finish they were absolutely amazing . Rachel who would answer the phone was kind, compassionate and caring . I was completely overwelmed with my situation/ home and this company was the only part that was easy . The guys sent out were knowledgeable, compassionate and caring as well. They answered all my questions and concerns. They showed up early every morning and worked efficiently . Reese , I have to mention as , he went above and beyond to get the job done . Reese was beyond understanding to my concerns and frustration. He did not hesitate to address ever request from taking pics of my area rug to removing the bags with wet items . Again, I just want to express my gratitude and thankfulness to this company. They are not just doing a services that they provide ,but going beyond it to make sure their customers feel heard, understood and confident that they are gonna get the job done . Reasonable price I am exceptionally pleased. Service was at my door within an hour of my call for water damage mitigation. The first thing laborers did upon reaching my residence was greet me and politely introduce themselves—something important to me as I was home alone at the time. These guys were contacted by my insurance company to remediate water damage from a broken pipe. All was well on day one after a weekend of the machine running the affected area was remediate. I even helped cut the flooring and asked if they would stop at the threshold of the master bedroom which was the only room affected. The next Monday at 8am I get a knock on the door and they went right to work. I asked if they got the ok to rip out more of the FLAWLESS oak floor in the hallway and front bedroom. The kid said yes and started removing the floor. Come to find out they didn't have the ok from the insurance company. I have to foot the bill to replace said flooring I would of otherwise kept because it was beautiful. Even one of the remediation workers asked why they were taking it out. This warrants a 1 star luckily I'm a nice guy. In addition during cleanup and prep for the flooring install I found that they left about 10ft of that beautiful oak flooring wedged between my baseboard heat and the wall. The last 4 pictures as evidence of the visible bend in the copper.

The owner has anger management issues and doesn't know how to treat his employees. You don't reprimand employees in front of other employees, that's bad management. This is 2025, people and businesses get cancelled for much less. How you treat others is a reflection of who you are. I wouldn't ever do business with a man such as yourself. I can't believe that you even have a business, not the way you talk to woman and men, employees and customers. I do not recommend this company.

Over the winter I ended up with a really bad leak in my roof that caused water damage to over half of my home. I had just found out I was pregnant and I needed to get it taken care of fast! Thanks to Rainbow restoration they were able to save over half of the damaged walls and quickly tore out all the walls/ceilings that were not able to be saved in a quick and safe manner!! They even did a great job cleaning up the mess when they finished everything! After some back and forth with insurance rainbow was patient and so helpful with my predicament and I’m so grateful for all their hard work and patience to get everything taken care of!! I can not say enough good things about the owner Mike and is team 10/10 recommend them!!

Two stars for showing up. Charged for putting up cabinets that should be their job as they’re there to get everything back in order. Instead of getting an electrical box they screwed an outlet cover into the dry wall. To top it all off, they took a microwave from another room, brought it in the kitchen, plugged it in and blew our breaker- then proceeded to do nothing about it even though they had no business moving the microwave let alone plugging it in in the first place. All the food went bad, ty for that and not giving a crap you did it. They left a huge mess, dents in the drywall when they put the baseboards in. They ran up the electricity running High powered fans for drying. The mess, they left cut pieces in the driveway that they said they’d pick up. My sister is having to do all kinds of construction work in her house as they left a lot of work unfinished. The ceiling not put back in, the counters they did ARE UNEVEN!!!! Idc if the insurance wants me to take these halfwits again _ I will certainly fight it and have them refer to this review. I would nvr recommend them to anyone EVER!!!

What is scam of a company. Hired them to board up my house several months after the fire and yet they're charging me for emergency visit plus they're charging me for ladders and or scaffolding and they never even pulled a ladder out of the truck because I wanted it done from the inside. Be careful what you sign. They only showed me one page and asked me to sign it not letting me know there was four or five other pages that I was agreeing to at the time of signature. What makes it even worse you can still see the daylight coming through the boards because they did not cut them snug to the window. I don't know how people like this sleep at night knowing they have taken full advantage of somebody who has just been through a major disaster. Lesson learned and this will not be happening again.

Rainbow International did an exceptional job helping us when our basement got water damage due to a failed sump pump. Within 30 minutes of contacting the owner he was out there and had his guys there. They were professional and showed up first thing every day to assess the situation and let us know what was going on. They worked with our insurance and made sure everything was covered before doing anything. I hope to not have to use them again, but I would be more than happy to give my business to them anytime!! Rainbow Intl. removed sewage water from my cellar floor. They then deodorized the cellar and left several large humidifiers in the cellar over the weekend. They cleaned out a large area of items that were damaged and left the cellar very clean. The 2 workers, named Zakk and Nathan, couldn’t have been nicer or more polite. They were quiet, hard working and certainly knew what they were doing. I would recommend them very highly to others. In short, am very impressed with Rainbow International. On July 1,2021 we had a very bad rain storm in Horseheads Ny, at 11:45 pm, it was so bad water was coming in my Finnish basement flooding everything. I call the fire department and they did what they could but weren’t much help, I notified my insurance around midnight, they called Rainbow International and they were at my house at 1:00 am cleaning up the water and helping me move all the stuff to start the drying process. I cannot say enough about Owner Michael Minichiello and his crew, they care about people there helping. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks for a fast response and caring crew.
