I contacted Joe from Auntie Gen ‘s Holbrook office for a mold removal job. I asked him for a proposal and we agreed on the price. He was supposed to get the leak repaired, remove the mold and then put the Sheetrock back on the wall. I gave him a deposit ($900). He told me that he would remove the mold first and then get the plumber to repair the leak. He did arrive one day later and removed the mold. He told me that he will come 2 days later with the plumber, and as soon as the leak is fixed, he will put the sheet rock on the bathroom wall. When he didn’t show up, I called him and he told me that he was sick. After that day he never replied. I have left ton of messages for him but no answer. This is now the 3rd month. Extremely disappointed!

The office closed in 2016 and the phones were disconnected. That makes you a friend of one or our competitors and a Liar! We just never took down the Google listing.. I will remove the listing after you have an opportunity to rewrite your review. After looking up your profile I can now see that it is a phony profile. And not a real person. What some people will do to discredit others is ..... sad
