I would not recommend. They fixed my tub with temporary solution 3 times. The 4th time it broke, they advised me we should fix it with a permanent solution. I called them upset and asked to talked to owner because they should have fixed it with a permanent solution the first time. Kelly advised me I could not talk to the owner. I advised Kelly I was going to write a review on this and she said “go ahead”.

We were so impressed with our experience with Precision Plumbing. We had a slow leak so we could schedule at our convenience. Delbert showed up right on time; was very professional, and completed the work in a timely manner. He also was kind to our new barky puppy. We will use Precision Plumbing for our plumbing needs and recommend them to others.

Delbert at Precision Plumbing is fantastic! Willing to teach us his tricks, fixes plumbing CORRECTLY, and is always a phone call away to walk us through a water leak nightmare until he can get there. I don't know what my small business would do without him. Thank you for all you do for us, Delbert and Precision Plumbing.

We had a 1950s pump for our underground sprinklers that started spraying water everywhere. Delbert came out right away and worked to find a pump we could use without having to get a lot of other things done to our setup. When it came in, he came out right away and installed it. He was so helpful and found and fixed another leak we hadn't known about. Definitely would use Precision again.

Amazing experience, super great customer service. This man is a hero, he fixed a bad leak I had during the holiday when no one else would help. He also saved my dogs and my disabled grandmother from a house fire about a year ago. I would highly recommend.

For the company in Billings. At our jobsite, this guy was taking pictures of all out personal vehicle license plate. So I took his photo, and told him to stay away. Suggest you guys take care of it, that is something you should be doing, and while on the job. And don't care why. If need to- try asking.
