Matt installed an exterior faucet for me and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He was so friendly, kind, and efficient. This was my second time using High Caliber Plumbing & Heating and they sent David in 2024, who was equally wonderful. Matt took the time to walk me through some things I could do with my hot water heater to avoid issues down the road. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me some great advice. I can’t say enough about how great these folks are. You will be in good hands with them, I promise!

Do NOT hire. They will not clean up after themselves or at least put things back the way they found them. Their install is shit. They will lie to you about the product they're selling you. They will leave you with multiple water leaks throughout your house after the install. They will be very rude to you when you contact them about the leaks and do nothing about it. They will not return your call like they say they will. They will be rude and swear on the phone. They will hang up on you and you will not hear from them. They do not follow up about things they say they will.

My outside sprinkler spigots were leaking. I called the office to arrange for an appointment and within an hour David showed up pleasant to talk with worked well he was thorough. There were a couple of drips and so he double checked and adjusted. Pleasant to talk with and so from the time I called until the time everything was taken care of it wasn’t two hours. They did a fantastic job. They are our plumber for all of of our plumbing needs.

High Caliber was very responsive from the first call. We had intermittent hot water issues. Matt came out the next day on a Friday, did a service & diagnostic. We were able to schedule repairs for Tuesday the following week. Matt showed up on time, got right to work, did a very thorough job; tested the water heater to be sure everything was working before he left. SUPER friendly, efficient & very thorough -- I am extremely happy with High Caliber & would recommend them to anyone & everyone.

Highly recommend. I moved to Roberts MT to have a house built for myself. I Didn’t know anything about the local contractors out here. I called High Caliber and spoke with Ron about what I wanted to do. After talking for awhile, I felt pretty comfortable with how things were going. I sent him my plans and he had a thorough proposal to me in a timely matter. I called a few times afterwards to keep him up to date on my schedule, and they were here when I was ready. His boys did a very professional job doing the rough-in plumbing. If there was an issue with getting something to work, we worked together to come up with a plan. I’m very happy with the results. And today, Ron offered to meet me at the supply house, and helped me pick out some upgraded fixtures. When we were done, I knew exactly where I would be regarding my budget.
