I’ve used Plumb Pro many times over the years, for everything from small plumbing repairs to major renovation work, and they’ve consistently been excellent. They previously installed an entire new bathroom and shower for us as part of a major renovation, and I’ve also called them for things like snaking clogged lines and everyday plumbing problems. This most recent visit was another example of why I keep using them. They originally came to service my boiler, and while they were here I happened to mention that a shower had stopped working. They took a look and were able to repair the existing part instead of trying to sell me a new one. I really appreciated that. They show up on time, clean up when they’re finished, and are extremely careful in the house. I even noticed the guys lifting their equipment rather than dragging it across my floors. Those little things matter. Doni, the owner, comes at the beginning of every job to check in with his crew and make sure everything is being handled properly. Whether it’s a small service call or a major project, I’ve found them to be honest, professional, careful, and very good at what they do. After using them quite a few times, Plumb Pro is the company I call when I need a plumber. I very highly recommend them.
