If I could give zero stars I would! They are horrible. We had someone come and look at our hot water heater because we thought it was making weird noises. They sent someone over and he was literally here for seven minutes and said nothing was wrong. He then left and they charged us $200.00. We will never use them again. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

SCAM!!! I called with a leak in my shower told Anne in the office exactly what was happening and that it's most likely a cartridge that needs to be replaced in the thermostatic valve. She scheduled an appointment in a few days. She sent a young kid who was nice but really didn't know what he was doing and spent the whole time talking to the office and sitting in the truck. He claimed he was looking for the part and they would get back to me. No one got back to me but they charged me $211 to tell me that it was definitely leaking (OMG what a surprise). I called the office the next day and apparently I was on her schedule....to call I did call the manufactures customer service and the part is available a call which she should have made. I'm not understanding why scam people when you claim to be in business for so many years but this was definitely dishonest. She knew it was leaking why send an inexperienced kid and then never get back to me. Stay away there are sooooo many scams in the service industry and this place is one of them.

Cox plumbing is a rip off company. We were given a price of price of $225 per hour to replace a faucet on a sink. We also had them to change the spout in the main bathroom tub. They sent 2 people to do the work which took 1 hr and 50 minutes. They rounded it to 2 hours which was not a problem until they also changed the hourly price to $337.50. We provided the faucet and spout --the latter took 35 minutes. 1 guy did the spout while the other worked on the faucet . At the end of the work the price was changed from $225. per hour to $337.50 per hour. When I called the company to address the over charge , they maintained that they are not adjusting their price because it was a 2 person job. I informed them that we were not told that this would be a 2 person job and the customer do not control for who they sent to do the job. This company pricing is very arbitrary- I would not be using them again. They have a bate and switch practice as it relate to their pricing. Buyer be aware of COX Plumbing.

Charged me $160 just to tell me they can’t fix the problem and the guy was literally at my house for 15-20 minutes, I tipped him $20 bc he came and it’s not the repair guys fault nothing was wrong and I didn’t think I’d be charged over $100 for it. Then they kept sending letters to my house that I owed them the money. Crazy business model if you ask me. Negative Quality, Professionalism, Value

They came to my house, took a piece wall out. Nothing fixed, still 40 degrees in the house. Then charged me $200 for it? When discussing on the phone he said "listen i go to houses for two minutes flip a switch and hapilly charge $200" so yeah...

I tried to use this plumbing service because it is one of my local plumbing services in my area. To no avail they never performed any work for me. They called me once to confirm someone would show up, and they did not. I gave them 3 weeks, (probably more than most) trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, even walking into the store front to see if that would help. The last response I got from the lady at the front desk was, sorry, I can’t keep up with the work. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I understand they might be short staffed, but I would think they would be more professional. If you use them, I hope you have better luck then me. I wound up using Universe Negative Responsiveness, Professionalism

These guys are great, I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. They're honest (which is rare these days), efficient and makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. I will always use them when I need plumbing or heat work done.
