New Great price | $2,000+ I cannot say enough amazing things about John from Cilento Plumbing. I needed a gas conversion done quickly because I was moving into a new house and he had the entire job a week after I called him. He was professional and beyond friendly, truly a pleasure to work with! He even called me after the job to make sure I didn’t need help with anything else. One of the best businesses I’ve dealt with during my entire home renovation! I will definitely be using them moving forward and you should too! Services Service not listed

New Overpriced | $200–400 Nice guy, but couldn’t finish the job. Cost me $250 just to get the valve removed. Left me with no water in the house because I could not turn it back on without the valve stem that he removed. Forced to fix it myself. I’m not a plumber that’s why I called professionals. Left me in a panic.

Reasonable price Matthew Gonzalez and the Cilento team did a great job helping us after a flood in our basement. We were able to schedule a next-day appointment to inspect the situation and remove items so our restoration work could move forward. When Matthew arrived, he walked through everything with us, explained what needed to be done, provided a quote on the spot, and got right to work once we approved it. He was clear and transparent throughout the process, explaining what he was doing and why. He also pointed out another potential consideration for us to keep an eye on in the future. The work was done thoughtfully, including removing and capping a steam baseboard heater, removing and resetting a toilet, inspecting our steam heating system, and installing an under-sink water filter. He even positioned the filter closer to the front of the cabinet to make future replacements easier and showed us how everything worked. I also appreciated the foresight they showed in the basement by leaving things in a way that will make restoration easier once the drywall work is complete, rather than creating unnecessary additional work. Every time I have called Cilento, it has been the employees who make the company stand out. Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the work he and the team did for us and would gladly work with them again.
