Reasonable price Superb workmanship. Bill Metzger and crew are in a league of their own. Beautiful kitchen designed by Ashley Craumer and a hugely responsive team. Site cleanliness was top notch and interaction with Bill & project manager Eric was perfect. They know how to talk and listen to women. No macho baloney. Very thoughtful professionals. We worked with Peak for several months and were very pleased. They arrived on time on scheduled days, had a great attitude, and were knowledgeable and respectful of our space. We really appreciated the clear communication throughout the project and how the crews cleaned up after their work at the end of every day. All of the team: Jason, Patty, Steve, Vinny, Josh, Junior, Humberto, and Roberto was top notch. Great folks to work with and highly recommended.

We hired Peak for the reconstruction of the interior of our house, an old, converted barn which was destroyed by water and mold damage. We contacted dozens of contractors in Dutchess County because we did not want to hire the one recommended by the insurance company. Our primary contact at Peak, Jason Giannoni, is very knowledgeable, reliable, and communicative which was essential as we were navigating the onerous process from out of state. Jason expertly handled the negotiations with the insurance company to make sure we get a fair settlement and went above and beyond to ensure that every step went smoothly. The extensive restoration, which involved installation of new drywall, hardwood flooring, bathroom tiling, custom cabinetry, and painting, resulted in a better than pre-loss condition. As soon as the months-long restoration was completed, we also hired Peak to replace the roof. While other roofers could have done the roof replacement for much cheaper, we trusted Peak with the job as they understood that the preservation of the original cedar shingle ceiling under the roof was very important to us. We have other home improvement projects in mind for which we plan to hire Peak again. Peak brought trustworthiness, timely and accurate communication, great attention to detail, expert construction, and professionalism to help us in our time of need. Thank you for trusting Peak Construction with such an extensive restoration of your home. We know how overwhelming it can be to navigate major water and mold damage — especially from out of state — and we’re glad Jason and our team could help guide you through both the insurance process and the reconstruction. It means a great deal that you trusted us again with your roof and the preservation of the original cedar shingle ceiling. Thank you for recognizing the care, communication, and craftsmanship our team put into your home. We look forward to working with you again on the projects ahead!

I rate Peak Construction as Excellent, from the first meeting through the work being done they were always informative on what was happening. Regarding the workers, I wish I could remember their names. They did a phenomenal job, they worked very hard in this heat wave, they cleaned up so well, you could not tell that I had work done.

Working with Ashley & Eric was a wonderful experience. Ashley was our sales person and designer. She helped with all of my finish selections, she was very patient and easy to work with. She has a great eye for design and always guided me to items that I loved and worked with my new home. The construction phase of the project was very organized and as enjoyable as construction can be. Eric managed the crew very well and when he wasn't available to oversee the project Ashley was on-site checking in on progress. This was always nice to see since we were not living in the area just yet and had to trust the process. They were very patient with my requests and I am thankful to have had such a wonderful crew transform my space from basic to beautiful. I highly recommend working with Peak Construction and especially Ashley.

Working with Ashley, Eric, and Nick was an absolute pleasure. Everything from the demolition process to the ceiling fan installed by the electrician was fantastic. We went from an outdated dilapidated kitchen to something modern and absolutely exquisite. No construction process is without its inconveniences from time to time, but Peak always had the resources for the right solutions. They handled everything from design through the last nail in the molding. My wife and I love the kitchen and are going to retain their services for our next venture outside that involves concrete, asphalt, and a garage. It seems there’s nothing they can’t do. They are a little more expensive because of the excellent service they provide, but they are worth every penny. Again, we love the kitchen, and you can’t put a price on something you love. I would 100% recommend them for any renovation or new construction project. Thanks Peak!

I’m really looking forward to working with this amazing team again! I truly believe they are the best construction company in the Hudson Valley. Their solution-oriented approach makes every project a pleasure. Rick was an excellent construction manager; his expertise and guidance were invaluable throughout the process. Additionally, Krista's design and organizational skills kept our project on schedule and were a tremendous asset. I was always excited to see the creative ideas she contributed at each stage of the project. The entire Peak Construction team made our dream house a reality, and it was a pleasure to work with them!

I would not recommend this company. They had to be called/texted back several times for incomplete work. Work was below par, one instance they didn’t connect the ground wire to a light receptacle. Luckily we checked because they said it was the light that needed to be replaced but it was the lack of the ground wire connection. They placed boxes and paint cans in the garage where the boiler is, making the area unsafe. The communication between us and the workers were non existent, we speak different languages and I specifically asked for at least one person to communicate with. I can fix all the mistakes but it’s time consuming and they were paid for the job. ( if this is seen by the company: you seriously need to inspect the work that is being done and not wait for an unsatisfactory review)
