New Great price I was referred to Liberty Restoration by my plumber following an interior leak that damaged ceiling, walls and cabinetry. They were extremely quick to respond and assess the damage. In addition to helping to guide the needed steps, and providing relief during a stressful time, Tanya, John and their teams were great to work with and treated the mitigation and restoration with a high level of professionalism, knowledge and speed. Overpriced How much time do you got?I wanted to title this review.If you're interested in a three plus year nightmare, this is the company for you.They were recommended to me that my insurance carrier.When a massive tree fell on my house, the young man who came was one of the most condescending people.I've ever met in my entire life.Arrogant, the job was completed, not completed well, and they had the audacity to ask my insurance carrier for more money.Which they did get paid for so three times they needed to fix the window frame that was installed incorrectly. The brand new picket fence that they installed after 2 years is sagging in the middle and the owner comes and says, well, we could fix that by putting some rocks underneath the fence. No, how about you Do the job correctly? Now going into year 3 again, oh did I mention that they also completed the stucco on the steps? And the steps already fallen apart, then almost 3 years now. Here we go. The roof on the garage was installed incorrectly. The gutters are installed incorrectly. The window that they fixed 3 times is peeling which shouldn't be peeling which tells me that you used subpar and shoddy supplies on my job I'm fighting with them now. To get the money to replace the roof and to replace the windowshill that they installed incorrectly, and they only want to pay $1400 that won't even cover the repair of the roof it's not my fault that they did had to come back to fix their subpar work And had to come back and it's not my fault that you did the job incorrectly that 3 years later, it cost triple that to fix your mistake. I need to be made whole whole includes the job done correctly.And by my contractor I will no longer trust liberty restoration or anybody they would recommend neither. They also had the audacity to say that they would come. And make the repairs you've had almost 5 bites of the apple. Why would I want you anywhere near my property? His response is not accurate, the pictures speak for themselves. If you do quality work you dont have to come back multiple times to repair it. if you use quality supplies you dont have to come back and repair it. I will share this and all these pictures plus some with anyone who asks. The tree falling was sad. Dealing with liberty restoration has been a nightmare. Services Service not listed

Great price I truly didn't know what to expect, in the building of a new deck. The old deck was falling apart, but with the luck of a bad driver this beautiful deck was built. The project manager John was very professional in explaining what was needed to be done. Crews arrived couple days after, removed all debris, footings were set up. When town inspection gave the go ahead it moved along quickly. In 3 days, built by 3 guys (Robinson and his 2 helpers) it was complete. Liberty Restoration was fantastic to work with after we had a flood in our bathroom caused by a failed plastic connection on the toilet water feed line. From the first call, they were incredibly responsive, they got back to us quickly and had someone out to assess the damage right away. Throughout the whole process they were easy to communicate with, explained exactly what needed to be done, and kept us updated at every step. My hot water heater broke in April. The insurance company suggested I contact Liberty Restoration for the repairs and restoration. I can not say enough positive things about my experience with this company. Liberty Restoration is the best! Our roof lost shingles and their awesome worker Brian showed up yesterday in the rain when no one else would! He actually went up on the roof in the rain and he literally risked life and limb to try to cover the area that was causing damage inside our home! We all decided it was just too dangerous so we told him to come down before he ran into real trouble! He came back today and finished the job! He was of great comfort to us as we were freaking out naturally! He and his company are overseeing the repairs we’ll need and Brian documented all our internal damage! We can’t speak highly enough about this company and their highly dedicated worker Brian.

Reasonable price Coming from a 3 week vacation, upon entering the house, we noticed that our lower level was soaking wet. Leak was due to the bladder of my heat filled with water and started to leak. Called my plumber, to fix and stop the leak. He recommend Liberty Restoration for which I called right away. Shawn Jackson, the President of Librty Restoration was in my house in less than ½ hour after I called. The mitigation started first thing in the morning next day. Liberty Restoration's team are highly professional, efficient and are very careful of our things. They made sure that no additional damage happened on all of our personal properties. The restoration. was also done by Liberty. and again what a great job. The lead person, Carlos in both the mitigation and the restoration was such a great person. Not sure After contacting Liberty Restoration the next morning Matt and team immediately evaluated the major water issue I had and got to work removing what needed to be removed, began drying out the place and calmly and kindly Matt talked me through the process. I had been very anxious about the water damage in my kitchen and basement. I knew I was in excellent hands as Matt is an extremely well trained professional. Not sure This company is fantastic! I live in a condo and experienced damage due to ice damming in the winter. The management company hired Liberty Restoration to handle my unit and several others in my complex. Jen at Liberty is attentive, responsive, communicative, friendly and professional. The same goes for Joe and Sean! This team is local to my area. They are helpful and their goal is to get things done. The damage caused by the ice damming is extremely stressful.
