PCS is competitively priced with other companies but their service is 5 star plus. Jarred H and Zak were our service technicians and they were outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and answered all our questions with a sincere interest in assuring us that we understood. The office gave us a date and time for our AC installation. We were reminded on the day before and the technicians were there right on time. We highly recommend this company and their employees.

We had a broken sewer trap at our property, so I called several different plumbing companies in the area to get quotes for repairing the trap and sewer line. Although we ultimately didn’t end up hiring PCS Plumbing for the excavation and repair, I wanted to take the time to leave a review because of how helpful Jared was. He took the time to troubleshoot the problem with me over the phone, answered all of my questions, and offered some great advice without trying to pressure me into using their services. It’s refreshing to come across someone who is willing to take the time to help, even when they know they may not get the job. Thanks, Jared, for taking the time to help me out. Great price | $2,000+ Had a last minute job the town made us do to put a bubbler in before a house sale. Was looking for quotes 3 wks before close. 3/6 plumbers responded. PCS was a referral from another plumber that was too busy. Not only were they less expensive by 20-30% but they managed to squeeze us in before the close when they had a cancellation. Will was my technician and he was absolutely outstanding and professional & Knowledgeable. We had an excellent experience with PCS Plumbing. Our sewer line was completely clogged, and couldn't be cleared by snaking the line, it had to be dug up and a new piece installed with a clean out. I stopped by the office to pay the deposit at 3:30 in the afternoon. Miraculously at 7:15 the next morning, someone was scanning my lawn, then before 8:00 three men with an excavator showed up. City utility workers all showed up to mark where not to dig. To me it was incredible that from the previous afternoon to the next morning all this had been orchestrated. When the man from the Buffalo Sewer Authority showed up, he looked me in the eye, and said "you hired the right people for this job", talk about an unsolicited endorsement! He was right. Everyone I have interacted with at PCS is just great, kind, polite and considerate. Excellent workmanship, and tidy too.

Two very nice, polite, articulate, tidy young men took care of my problem, which turned out to be a bit more than a simple snaking job. When they were done, they had cleaned up nicely.
