Great price | $2,000+ This is the third time I have used Marks Plumbing. I have tried other companies for open bid only to go back to Marks Plumbing. They have always be fair in their pricing and the work they do is excellent. I have a 75 yr old home and the sewer broke under the concrete so they had to install a new line above the concrete. I was dreading the look . But they completed the task in one day including installing a new sump pump. When I saw what the did i was very pleased. They left the basement in a very clean condition. I would highly recommend Marks for any of your plumbing needs.

Tim the owner came out to look at my daughters house as she was having water coming up from the ground. Gave a fair estimate and work began today as they dug and replaced 2 sections of pipe that had bad cracks. They then sent a camera through the pipe to make sure all was good. Totally flushed the system afterwards. Cannot say enough good things with the crew of Chris and Sean. Great people all around including Mary who runs the office.

Great price We recently had a sump pump and bubbler installed and couldn’t be happier with how everything went. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and left the work area cleaner than they found it. Great price | $1,000+ Our home is 70+ years old. In the 20 years we've lived here we've had a lot of issues with tree roots. But nothing that didn't get resolved after snaking. Fast forward to this past Friday. The plumber we have always used came out and basically told us the bad news was that our sewer pipe had completely collapsed and he couldn't get through. He doesn't replace them as he's a smaller company and doesn't have that large equipment needed to do it. Mark's was recommended to us by several people. I called and within 10 minutes I got a call back, and in another 20 minutes they were at my house to try to resolve the problem and give me an estimate. Even when I called after I was on Friday to schedule the work they called me back well after they had closed for the day. They came yesterday to complete the work. Everything went according to what they had said, and they didn't even charge me to come out on Friday. This was an expensive issue (no fault of the company whatsoever) I can't say enough good things about this experience and working with them made spending the money a little less painful! As a result of an ice dam release from our roof, we required some prompt, professional help with our tankless water heater. At our home, hot bathing is a medical need. With that in my mind Mark's plumbing made a slot for us. Their presentation and finish was very clean and professional from the pleasant office personnel, to the gentlemen who performed the work at our home.The cost was very acceptable. Great price | $1,000+ MPS checks every box that I have for a vendor. Professional, Polite, Punctual, Quality, Transparency and Pricing. Cam and his team have taken excellent care of my family when we needed to have half of our house re-routed to a different sewer. I've now had them out on 2 different occasions and my first time was just as great! They are consistent and I am over the moon with the service they have provided me today. The litmus test for any vendor is if you would have them do work for your family. Since fall of last year, I've been dealing with a sewer issue backing up into my utility tub. At first, I didn't notice it other that I would have random debris at the bottom of my tub but through the upcoming months, it worsened and I ended up calling Roto-Rooters. What a mistake... The tech was 3 hours late, smelled of marijuana and after 30 minutes of snaking, he said it was roots and he wasn't equipped to tackle the problem. I was then out $150 for that call. I ended up having my newborn shortly after and I called MPS. Let me tell you, this was a complete 180 of an experience. The techs came ON TIME, they were very professional and started working on the issue immediately! Come to find out, it wasn't roots that was the problem, however my sewer pipe is broken where the COT was digging last year. After 2 hours of trying to clear out what they can, and retrieve their bit from their jet cutter, they were able to identify the root cause of the problem! Since my issue wasn't roots, I never received a bill for this service. I am utterly speechless and very thankful. I ended up receiving a quote to fix the pipe, which talking with my friend from DV Brown, he reassured me how great of a price I was given to fix the pipe. It's very hard to put into words as to how great MPS was to me and the experience I had. I wish I would have called them from the start! Punctuality: 10/10 Professionalism: 10/10 Clean up after work: 10/10 Pricing: 10/10 If I knew what I know now, I would have never even looked into any other plumbing services. Great company! I had them come out and replace my whole sewer line, inside and out. I have nothing but good things to say. They scheduled me quickly. Fair pricing. Cameron walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. The day of, all of the guys were kind and helpful, happy to chat with me when I checked in with them on the progress. They taught me how a contractor should treat a customer and I’m very grateful to them. They left the job site as clean as they could as well. I won’t hesitate to call them in the future or refer them to others.
