Reasonable price | $1,000+ CKO plumbing did a great job for me and I would highly recommend them. We had an old cast-iron Plumbing line failure under my concrete slab in the basement that I need to rerouted to the main stack. After talking to multiple contractors that either wouldn’t follow up, were ridiculously priced or didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing, I found CKO. The owner Ron came to my house, spent time thoughtfully assessing my problem and troubleshooting solutions with me before giving me a straightforward and fair quote. The job started on time, and was even finished before schedule. While the project was not particularly difficult, it was very technical, and the quality of the work and following cleanup was above satisfactory. I won’t think twice about calling these guys again for any future plumbing needs I have. Services Service not listed

Had a road rage encounter with one of the senior technicians who was in the wrong and not only threatened someone but did it in a company vehicle, called out owner of company on it and to no surprise garbage protects garbage, plenty of better people in this world regardless of skill and these guys seem to be the nastiest to people they don’t even know. If this is how they act on the way to a job, god only knows how they are in your home

Great price High praise for this company and its dedicated employees. I had a plumbing emergency shortly before Christmas. I phoned very early in the morning and to my surprise the owner answered the phone direcly. His professional crew was at my house before the sun came up. Chuck was very knowledgeable and informative. He was able to fix my problem and save me a ton of work. Needless to say I was very impressed. I recommend everyone in WNY start here before going anywhere else. Thank you CKO! Thank you Chuck! The drain tiles under my house were broken. The basement leaked every time it rained. CKO Plumbing sent a team in to dig up the perimeter of my basement, throw out the 85 year old pipes and put in new ones. The guys hand carried everything out of my basement and then carried all of the new gravel and cement into the basement. Even though this was a huge job the guys put pride in their work. The new cement floor is smooth. They mopped behind themselves. The guys also patched a couple cracks in my basement walls. The laundry tub had to be moved away from the wall for this project, when it was put back into place they fixed the leak. These guys also made sure that my washing machine was level when they put it back into place. They went above and beyond.

I had a very positive experience with CKO Plumbing. I called CKO at 10 am on a Monday morning after the kitchen faucet broke, resulting in a steady stream of water into the sink and a leak along the faucet. They had me text a picture of the faucet and then had a crew at the house and working on it about an hour after I called. The crew was efficient, got everything fixed in short order, and left the area spotless. Highly recommend. Positive Responsiveness, Professionalism

My family has worked with CKO for a number of years now, ever since they were recommended to us by my cousin, who always seems to come up with great recommendations, and CKO was no exception! For about a year, my wife and I found ourselves in possession of two homes. During that time, Ron Wall and his crew handled all of our plumbing needs to our complete satisfaction, in a very timely fashion, at a good price, with total professionalism, a firm grasp of all things plumbing, and always took the time to explain what they were doing so that even a non-plumber, like myself, could understand what I was being told. Every crew Ron sent out to us conducted themselves in the same way, cleaned up after themselves, and assured us that, if after seeing how their work managed to correct our problems, if we were not entirely pleased, to give them a call and they would make everything right. While we never required anything more involved than a minor adjustment, or two, CKO was true to their word. As soon as Ron picks up the phone and you--(probably with some agitation)--lay your problem before him, he will begin the process of calming you down and assuring you that all will be well. We have had a number of CKO employees come to our house, and they are all have carried with them Ron's attitude of calming confidence. That being said, I will tell you that if you CKO the chance to be your plumbing specialists and Ron happens to send his man Chuck to take care of your problem, you will be doubly-blessed, because in addition to all the positive qualities I've listed above that apply to everyone we've ever dealt with at CKO, Chuck, like Ron, is just a great guy to deal with. While none of us looks forward to having either dental, or plumbing work done, dealing with a dentist or a plumber whose positive personality and professional skills are on a level that can make either situation be--almost--fun, is a real plus, and well beyond what we normally expect from either of those folks. It just so happens that I have a dental practice that fits that description for me, and now, with CKO, I have a plumbing service that does so as well. (And, no, I have not been compensated in any way for providing this recommendation--indeed, I contacted Ron on my own initiative to thank him for his most recent service. And, no, I'm not related to Ron, or anyone who works for him). Just my way of saying "Thanks" to Ron Wall and CKO Plumbing. Called this company to clear the main sewer leading to the road. They worked on it, said it would be extra $$ to clear it. After agreeing to pay extra they refused to finish. They said the line could not be cleared and that the entire pipe needed to be replaced. Then they stopped calling us back. A second opinion cleared the pipe within an hour without issue. Do not use this company to service your residential sewer issues. Negative Quality, Value Services Sewer repair, Service not listed
