New Reasonable price | $400–600 Our residential main line sewer drain backed up on a Saturday. Purtill Plumbing happened to have a team out on another service call and was able to have that team to us within an hour. Many other companies could only schedule us for service days away. In addition, Purtill Plumbing offered up front pricing and a team that was professional in every way. Our waste water is flowing again. Services Drain cleaning

Overpriced | $200–400 I’m being honest- this company must be overcharging seniors. I had one spigot replaced, cost us almost $280.00. Ridiculous, the tech was here approximately 15 minutes. Nothing else was done! Services Service not listed

We had a broken sewer trap at our property, so I called several different plumbing companies in the area to get quotes for repairing the trap and sewer line. Although we ultimately didn’t end up hiring Purtill Plumbing for the excavation and repair, I wanted to take the time to leave a review because of how helpful Sean was. He took the time to troubleshoot the problem with me over the phone, answered all of my questions, and offered some great advice without trying to pressure me into using their services. It’s refreshing to come across someone who is willing to take the time to help, even when they know they may not get the job. Thanks, Sean, for taking the time to help me out. I really appreciate it!

Reasonable price M Purtill Plumbing provides highly responsive and excellent customer service. This spring they came out to our home right away in the evening to help with an emergency situation. This gives us great peace of mind knowing that we have a local, reliable responsive, high quality plumbing resource available to us. Recently we scheduled them for an installation and it was another great customer service experience. They returned my initial call and scheduled the installation quickly, contacted me ahead of time to confirm the appointment and then when the plumber was on the way. I've used Purtill a couple times in the last 6 months or so. Once for drain replacement at our commercial dry cleaning center and once for replacing PEX with copper in my home. About a month ago I had a broken pipe and a clog. I called and they were able to come out within the hour to take a look and resolve the issue immediately. Shortly after the pipes had another issue with a clog and the team came out extremely fast to take a look and again were able to resolve my issue. I rarely leave a review, however, I’ve been w Purtill for many yrs and they always get it right, needed a second opinion on a tankless h2o heater,, another co said I needed a new one, Shawn, Gary and Brendon all showed up in sequence and fixed the old one,, they literally saved me thousands of dollars and have always taken care of my home and plumbing,, Highly recommend if you are new in town or scared to commit!
