The company sent a young man who fixed a faucet that was leaking. The repair was fine, but the young man left a total mess in my bathroom. He never took off his muddy boots and left muddy tracks all over my bathroom floor as well as the tub and some on the walls of the tub near the faucet and on the rug . I have never in all my years had such a dirty job done. I left a complaint in a text but since it’s a weekend, have not had a reply yet. I only have one photo of the tub. I was so angry that i immediately cleaned the bathroom floor and forgot to take a picture. It was filthy. The repair was-to a leaking bathtub faucet . I have not received a bill yet.

They don't respond for days, if at all to messages. The person they sent out to my house was over an hour late from the time I was given when I made the appointment. The repair they performed also did not resolve my issue. Instead of returning my call and offering to fix the problem as they had initially promised, they denied there ever being a problem in the first place, requiring yet another call and having to have someone else come fix the pipe.

Outstanding service! We called them at 9 PM the night before Christmas Eve within an hour they brought heaters to help us make it through the night. They returned 7 AM Christmas Eve morning and had us warm within a half hour incredible! Thanks Bill, for sending Ryan and Matt, they were pleasant and knowledgeable.

I have been a customer for over 8 years. Recently called to get some shutoff valves installed and a new faucet replaced in a kitchen sink. Was told "the owner has to put the work on the schedule" and they'd get back to me. After repeated phone calls for over a month, the "owner" still would not schedule the job with no explanation, so I went elsewhere and will not bother them again. So odd to be treated like this.

they are a local "institution" and their service has declined significantly over the years. Used to love them to pieces. Not anymore. You can call for scheduling and they have to get back to you after speaking to the owner, can't tell you when they will arrive, or when you call to find out "when", they then say "oh, it's today but now he's held up." Seriously. the latest insult was our renovated old kitchen. We'd asked that the old pipes be removed and replaced. the technician didn't want to go under the ample crawl space to do it, so instead jerry-rigged the pipes under the new sink. Yeah, the water pool & pipe leaks in my new cabinetry sure show what a great job that turned out to be. Seems there was also supposed to be a return to address the low water pressure which as of several days later never happened. While the non-locals will rave about their service, there's a reason why the locals don't provide the same raves. Value for their charges isn't there.
