Bathroom faucet leaking,trap under faucet rotted. Called them on Sunday. Left a message, Monday morning 7 am Sharon called and set me up, they came at 1015. Tommy and his partner came and were great. Personable neat and expertly repaired. I had them add cut off valves under sink as well. Faucet was shot. They had a nice Delta in shop and went to get it. Spoke with Bill in office. I wanted to buy parts to try to save a buck. He said his parts are reasonable. They came with everything needed and the price was absolutely reasonable. I never had a go to plumber. I do now. Reasonable price City inspectors told me that our water main had cracked and we were responsible for having it fixed and for all costs related to it. My husband and I had made an informed opinion to not get the City water main insurance. We wanted our own plumber to handle the problem if it occurred and we set aside money for that eventuality. I realize that for many people that is not an option and insurance is a smart choice. We knew we would get immediate and responsive service from our long time local plumbing company, Kew Forest. As soon as we were notified on Thursday afternoon, we called Kew Forest Plumbing and Heating. Paul Lundin handled everything from that point on. He arranged for a plumber to come that same day to check what needed to be done. And he arranged for a specialist plumber AJ Balkan to provide emergency service the very next day. Within 5 hours water was restored to our house and the areas dug up were refilled. We know that in the unlikely event that problems occur with this repair, Kew Forest will make it right. Having Paul take charge gave me complete peace of mind as well as an excellent result! Services Outdoor plumbing system repair

Overpriced | $1,000+ They did a heating installation and on the second day the house was smelling like gas and the radiators were spilling abundant water. They were called to fix and instead another company had to be called. Inefficient and expensive. Not worth the cost Services Water heater installation

Overpriced | $900–1,000 If i could give this place a negative star i would. The worst experience in my life of dealing with such unprofessional place has being this one, they make up prices and rules as they go. Once you start noticing the errors they stop answering your calls and emails. They are never clear on their policies. Everyone is telling you different things, the tech says one thing the office says something different. If you pay a set price on something and they have to return for whatever reason to finish what they started they want to charge you full price again and all this you find out the hard way because they never tell you what the policy are until you are involved in the mess already. I had to have them come back after a repair was made and the first time i was told if i pay cash i get exempt from the taxes fees the second time around they charged me taxes even after i paid in cash. They are nasty and rude when you try to ask questions in regard to the issue and doing want to talk to you. Please if you ever decide to use these people make sure you get everything in writing because they will argue with you it’s not what they said when things turn out differently the day of service. I was just about to have other family and friend members use them but i will make sure that they don’t. Services Service not listed

Absolutely the best. Professional, knowledgeable, fast, friendly. Our furnace broke and leaked late Friday night. They communicated with me by phone and talked me through stopping the leak. The next morning they showed up promptly and fixed the leak. They were fair and transparent about pricing, something I appreciate. There is not one thing about this experience I would improve. It sucks to have a broken furnace, but if you do, these are the guys. Tommy was awesome. Thanks Kew Forest for saving the day! Highly satisfied.

Reasonable price | $1,000+ Tommy and AJ were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each part of the boiler service step by step, shared helpful tips, and even looked for ways to save me money. What really stood out was their professionalism. They are fully licensed and insured which gave me peace of mind that the job was done properly and safely. Yes, their prices are on the higher side, but the quality of service, expertise, and customer care make it worth every dollar. You truly get what you pay for. Extremely prompt and helpful. Fixed multiple issues with steam heating system in the house I just moved into. Charged very reasonable rates, and when one issue cropped up again the next technician only charged for parts not labor since they’d just serviced the same thing.

Pipes in my boiler room were leaking (during the Super Bowl, of course!) and after asking me to send some videos of the problem, Tom at Kew Forest came right over. George - Glendale, NY I just had a faucet replaced in our bathroom sink. They were polite, professional and neat. After they left, I noticed the hot and cold water lines were reversed. I called the plumber that had done the job and he immediately contacted the office and within 30 minutes two other plumbers can back and fixed the problem. I would not have second thought about hiring this company again if we ever need plumbing services again. Keep their phone number on your speed dial. They are fantastic!
