Great price We had an urgent gas issue and called Testerman Plumbing, and I’m so glad we did. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and immediately put us at ease during a stressful situation. The plumbers was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was and how it would be fixed. Safety was clearly their top priority, which we really appreciated given the nature of the issue. The repair was handled efficiently, and everything was tested thoroughly before they left. The pricing was fair and transparent—no surprises. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a gas or plumbing issue. Reliable, honest, and truly professional service.

As a real estate agent, I have worked with many contractors, but this team is exceptional. My Co-op has extremely strict rules and required specific licensing and documentation, which many other firms refused to handle. They provided all the necessary paperwork immediately and communicated flawlessly. Most importantly, they fixed the leak in record time. Professional, reliable, and highly efficient. I will definitely be recommending them to all my clients!

Great price | $200–300 This past spring Natl Grid inspected my gas meter but instead found a problem with the furnace and chimney entrance . He proceeded to turn off the gas until I resolved the problem. They came back, turned the gas on to the appliances but neglected to light the pilot in the furnace which I only realized when I turned the heat on. Natl Grid refused to come insisting the pilot was on. My former plumber had retired. I needed a plumber but had no recommendations for someone in the area. I scrolled through the list of plumbers and found Testerman Plumbing, read all the “great reviews” and called. I told Dylan the problem, he explained he would inspect the furnace and turn on the pilot. Dylan gave me a very fair quote and was here the next day. He inspected the furnace, confirmed the gas valve had been turned off, my furnace was in good condition and resolved the problem. I highly recommend Dylan and Testerman Plumbing with all your plumbing issues. He’s professional, knowledgeable and fair with his pricing. He’s someone you can trust to resolve your problem in a timely manner. I’m so happy I found Dylan and have a plumber I can rely on in the future. Services Heating system maintenance

One of the gas meters at my property was off for about a year. Before restarting gas service, I called Testerman for a gas integrity check. Dylan arrived with his guy and they did the integrity check and found that I had a gas leak. They quoted me a fair price and came the very next day to change the gas pipe and fix the leak. Next they put an order for DOB to come for inspection and a request to Con Ed to restart gas service. They delivered an amazing service because Dylan continued updating me and checking in all the way until my cooking gas was back on. He didn’t leave me to figure it out on my own, he was there until the issue was completely resolved. I highly recommend them because they got the job done quickly, reliable, and delivered great service all the way through. Meanwhile other companies were giving me higher quotes and telling me that my issue would take time to be resolved, this company got to work right away. They scheduled and passed inspection with DOB in approximately two weeks after the job was performed. Recommended.

Testerman did a great job installing a ball valve on my main water supply so I could put a clamp-on electronic actuator over it and remotely shut off the buildings water supply. They showed up exactly when they said they would and were done right on time. They quoted the job quickly and their price was very fair, the quote included the full scope of work including cost of any issues that could arise but they completed the job for the exact price quoted. They demonstrated the work that was completed and cleaned up after themselves, really can't ask for more from a plumber.
