Great price Highly recommend using Inn Drain! Started with my toilet then my sink wouldn’t go down! 😩 One call to Pat and he was here in about 10 minutes or less. After a quick look at what was going on he knew just what to do. About 20 minutes later he had us clear and good to go! Turns out one of my kiddos flushed a chip clip down the toilet. 🤣 (Have kids they said, it will be fun they said…. They lied!) Chip clip was recovered and discarded and my sanity restored! Couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of them! Pat is very respectful and knowledgeable about the business and you really can’t beat their rates, trust me! I’ll be calling them again if anything else happens to get flushed 🤣

Pat was the best. We called 20-30 plumbers from Syracuse to Rochester. Most don’t answer the phone. The few that did wanted to charge upwards of $1000 just to look at the problem because it was the holiday weekend, let alone solve it. We had another company come through the night before, and he tried for an hour, then told us we would need to dig and it would cost $7500! We paid him the same amount we would end up paying Inn Drain, and the first guy didn’t fix anything or try anything that Pat would end up trying. I’m so glad we called for a second opinion. Pat answered the phone after hours, was conscious of my home, confident in what he does, tried multiple things, and eventually fixed the issue. He even told me what he would do if the problem continues. We will use them again if we need a plumber!
