New Great price Our 12 year old tankless water heater was at the end of its life. Called them up on a Sunday late afternoon and they were back first thing Tuesday morning to do a new install. New Was in complete distress due to my heat not turning on. Called Duell plumbing & heating. Donna was amazing, helped get a technician out (same day) to which Nate and his apprentice were amazing. Explained the reasoning behind the replacement needed & got it completed in a timely manner. Very impressed with this company. They offer an annual account so future visits would be discounted as well as maintained. Genuinely appreciate the care they had for my needs. Thanks Nate & Duell company.

New Reasonable price | $400–600 My wife called Duell plumbing in morning to have a toilet cleared of a flushed toothbrush. We were given an estimated time of their arrival in the afternoon. Adam and Mason showed up on time. They were professional dressed and prepared a financial estimate of the effort required. They prepped the area with a drop cloth. Promptly removed the toilet, cleared it and found the future unusable toothbrush logged in the drain and extracted it promptly. Reinstalled toilet with a new seal. Cleaned up the area, relaid a throw rug and provided me the invoice which was the estimate. Both Adam and Mason were gentlemen. I also had them size up additional plumbing work and provided me a written estimate the next day. Bravo! Well done. Services Drain cleaning

Reasonable price | $1,000–1,200 The first plumber was able to come the same day. He had trouble finding the problem at first. I was impressed when he stated he wanted his boss to come look for himself. The owner of company showed up and was able to diagnose the problem and have it fixed in a timely manner. The price was not bad. The only complaint I have is, I believe you should not be charged a fee to come look, especially when the job was over $1000. Although I was charged the trip fee, I must also point out there trip fee is lower than others and they did come within 3 hours!!
