Overpriced | $600–800 I bought a brand new house and after closing hired them to install my garbage disposal since they did the plumbing for the house. A month later a bin under the sink was full of water. I had to redo the plumbing. Then my 3 year old hot water had to be replaced. They said it was under warranty but I had to pay for labor. They were here 1.5 hours and they charged me for 2.5 hours at $250/hour. When I called the woman said they charge travel time. OK, but that means the time to get here and the time to get to the next job. Then they probably charged the next person after/before me travel time at both ends, which means they are getting $500/hour for travel. Finally, I sound my vent stack had been leaking for a long time and ruined the sheetrock in the ceiling in my bathroom. When I called and sent them a photo showing a funky joint from the 2 inch line to the 3 inch line the woman asked the installer and he said it wasn't the plumbing, it had to be the flashing. Really? Like the installer is going to admit he did a poor job. The builder had to come and redo it. Services Garbage disposal installation, Water heater repair

Reasonable price Older house, a mix of copper, cast iron, plastic pipes. The toilet was leaking, and our friendly handyman came in to replace. It turned out to not be a simple fix, he recommended Petraccione. Absolutely perfect. I knew it wasn't going to be easy ~ but Dwayne (I hope I remembered the right name!) handled like the pro he is. Next repair? Leaky tub. Assessment made, he'll be back! I found me a plumber. Happy Customer! Services Toilet repair

I took a recommendation from a neighbor to call Petraccione & Sons. They gave me an appointment time right away for 3 days later. On that day, it was snowing and my expectations were low as they are located 30 minutes away. Trent called ahead to say he was coming and asked for a specific model so he could anticipate the problem and pick up parts on the way. He showed up with the best attitude. He didn’t just fix the specific issue and leave. He found and showed me a couple of other related issues that were definitely valid and fixed them as well. It’s sad that expectations are low the majority of the time when you need help. Too often, you are left waiting and when someone shows up, you deal with a surly attitude and/or questionable workmanship. It’s even more unlikely that someone goes above and beyond.
