HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We had a storm(tornado) damage our house June 22, 2025. We had electrical issues after the storm. It was 4th of July holiday! The electrician restored the services on the 11th. Due to the humidity mold started to take over the house! The insurance company put us up in a hotel from June 24-Sept 9. Instead of just doing the mold remediation.To this day we're STILL fighting to get back into our home! I can't THANK Dean and the team enough for his guidance and the strength to get through this ongoing ordeal. This man went above & beyond to help us out. I contacted Dean around 10 o’clock in the morning after discovering my basement full of water. He was there within three hours or so. He explained to me what had to be done and was there the next morning with his crew. The insurance company immediately approved the claim based on Dean‘s estimate.They were all very professional and knowledgeable and took care of everything. Disaster Services was incredibly responsive to our urgent need of cleanup for a significant sewer backup in our house. The owner made every effort to ensure we were able to safely remain in our house during remediation. They did a great job removing contamination and with cleaning and disinfecting once the basement was empty. We highly recommend!

Hot water tank flooded the basement family room on a Friday night, Dean and his team were on site first thing Saturday morning to remove water, tear out carpet, and start drying the floor and walls. Dean and his team are all professional, empathetic, pleasant, good listeners, and skilled in all aspects of how to manage the water pipe rupture and ruin of my entire laminate floor throughout the whole house! Dean kept me apprised of everything that would be done and by whom - the moving company who packed up my house and moved my furniture to their storage, the dry cleaning company he recommended that came and took my coats that were in the closet where there was a smell and some mold, and Dean was in touch daily with my insurance company which was a great relief for me. I didn’t know Dean nor had I ever heard of Disaster Services! I googled for local cleanup companies and their name came up first. I read the reviews and felt that I should call. That was my lucky day!! From the first meeting I could see that Dean had a lot of experience and know-how about house disasters, and he put my mind at ease that this would all work out! And he is right!! I wholeheartedly recommend Disaster Services to anyone who has a need for disaster cleanup, direction, and help! You’ll be relieved!

I didn't technically receive services but they deserve a 5 star review from me anyway. I called asking about a mold problem in my bathroom but I was concerned about pricing. They spared me a visit and asked to see some pictures. They told me it wouldn't be too hard to take care of the problem myself, if I wanted to, and they were right! I think it's pretty awesome that they didn't just take advantage of me there.

Had some mold issues in the basement. Dean recommended that a mold assessment and air tests done. I received a copy of the assessment as did Dean. He very promptly called me to set up an appointment to view the basement and go over the assessment with me. He very quickly emailed me a reasonable price for mold remediation. We set up a day and time and they showed up on time and took care of the issues in my basement. It looks great! This company is professional, courteous and prompt. Dean actually answers the phone himself and if he is in the middle of a job he takes your info and calls back promptly. I highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure to do business with them.
