New These guys are the best at what they do. We got an HVAC system installed and it was flawless. However, when trying to close out the permits, I have to deal with their AI answering service. It's impossible to get a real human and now the sale of my home may be delayed due to their use of AI agents.

Reasonable price | $2,000+ D. Rohde came to the rescue when I had a leaky kitchen sink on a Saturday. No other company would answer the phone except for them, and Fernando was a real, live empathetic person on the other end! They sent a plumber out the next day (a Sunday!), who was polite and knowledgeable. He repaired the leak straight away. A few weeks later I had another semi emergency which they promptly took care of. So when I needed an oil burner installed, I called D. Rohde and they gave me an estimate which was very competitive with several other companies. I went with D. Rohde and I was (and am) glad I did. They installed a great top-of -the line Bruderus (Germany) furnace with a Riello (Italy) burner and removed the old one in a single day. The crew, headed by Anthony, were all polite, hard working, and considerate. I again hired the D. Rohde company to install an HVAC heat pump system with upstairs venting and downstairs mini splits in my 3,500’sq. foot home. I had four companies give me estimates, and again, D. Rohde came in as low as, or better than the others. This was a big job, which took six and a half long working days. I worked with Colton again, who came to the house to measure the space and determine what the job would entail as far as equipment and placement of machinery, vents, and mini splits. Colton was available by phone every time I called with a question. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. He assuaged any concerns I had about such an enormous job. Liram came by to access the electrical panel and requirements. Andreas was the crew chief. Manny, Tyler, Dan, and Oscar all worked together seamlessly to get the job done as cleanly and painlessly (for me) as possible. They installed Mitsubishi equipment, which is known as the industry standard. They replaced the electric panel with the help of Matt, Jose, and two other workers whose names I’m drawing a blank on at the moment. The air conditioning works beautifully and lucky for me, we’re having a heat wave with high humidity right now. I needed an old air conditioner removed with outdoor siding and indoor sheetrock replaced, so I met with D. Rohde”s contractor, Andy who came by to see the job and give me a price estimate. I had been searching for a reliable contractor to do my kitchen and two bathroom renovations. I’ve had a very bad experience with a local contractor a few years back and was having difficulty finding someone to do the work on my windows, kitchen and bathrooms. After meeting Andy, who first came for the air conditioner removal, I felt completely confidant to have him replace all the windows and sliding glass doors (all seven) as well as renovating the kitchen and bathrooms. (The house was built in 1971 and it’s time for an upgrade). I have total confidence in this company. Everyone who I’ve met from the D. Rohde company has been polite, hard working, conscientious, and considerate. All their work has been well done, and they leave the place immaculately clean afterwards! I couldn’t possibly recommend them more highly and consider myself lucky to have them working on my home.
