The engineer they sent to me was absolutely fantastic! Personable, knowledgeable, a genuinely nice guy! ...AND he knew what he was doing! The work was done fast and clean, virtually no mess! As a result of this experience, i have decided to go with Crisafulli Bros for the remainder of the work that needs to be done. Management should pat Dennis on the back, he is the sole reason for winning my business going forward, all the other companies are fired! ;)

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I called to schedule an emergency appointment same day and got a text saying it was scheduled for three days later. When I called back to clarify I kept getting AI bots who eventually routed me to a non affiliated call center and they couldn’t cancel the appointment after I requested it via text, via email, and on the phone with the bots and call center. Every time I called the bots or reps gathered my all information repeatedly only to tell me that they either don’t have my info or can’t cancel the appointment. Utter insanity! I still don’t even know if my same day appointment was actually scheduled, or if the one I got the text about was cancelled. It’s crape these businesses are only interested in data mining personal info and not providing actual service. This wasn’t the only plumbing company I called- all others were using bots as well. I will not do business with anyone unless a real representative from the company speaks with me. This is astonishing to think companies find this practice acceptable. Reporting this to the FCC and BBB.

I’ve used Crisafulli for HVAC service and MAJOR plumbing problems. They corrected a terrible problem created by my builder that could have been catastrophic. No one wants to spend thousands on something like that, but their technicians were exceptional. Meticulous attention to detail, respectful of me, my wife and our home. They worked 14 straight hours with barely a break to ensure that it was done right and my home was fully functioning and clean before they left. Marcus and Jordan truly love what they do, and are committed to doing things the right way. I will ask for them by name and gladly recommend Crisafulli to anyone with HVAC or plumbing needs

Tech was great, but pricing was deceptive. Was told a maintenance check and tuneup would be $158, no mention of an extra $109 to come out. The tech played back my call and confirmed that I was only quoted $158 and did not charge the extra cost. Great for him. The checkup went well but I expected more for the tuneup part as I even had to ask for a vacuuming out of the dust or blow out of the circuit board. Most of what he did I could have done myself. I knew the heat was working and blowing hot air. I don't blame the tech, as he was just doing the job as defined, he was great about explaining everything and following up with the pricing issue. I'd give him a 5 and the service process a 2 at most. Would not go back for a checkup or maintenance again.

I am so grateful for Karam Singh of Crisafulli Bros. Had an overwhelming plumbing issue after having already dealt with a burst pipe the other day - Karam was on time, professional, very detailed in his explanations, and presented several options for fixes. He was kind, a gentleman, and respectful of my home. Prices were reasonable and far less than anticipated. I would recommend Karam and Crisafulli to anyone experiencing a plumbing issue. Updated 10/23/2026 Had the propane and minisplits systems serviced today by Riley. As expected, received impeccable service. Alerted me to some issues that require attention and took the time to address all of my questions. Quotes for upcoming work are more than reasonable. Crisafulli and their staff are an absolute pleasure to work with and they know what they are doing.

We have used Crisafulli Brothers for several years for our home heating, cooling, and plumbing repairs. We also selected them when we wanted to install a generator, and it was done professionally and is serviced routinely. We have always been satisfied with their service, expertise, and care. We also have an annual contract with them for service or any problems that may arise between scheduled visits. This week we had 2 service calls: The first was the annual routine maintenance of our generator, which is programmed to test itself weekly, and to turn on automatically whenever a disruption to our electric service from National Grid occurs. Matt Simon was assigned. Crisafulli always confirms the appointment about a day ahead of time, and let's us know by text when the technician is about 30 minutes away, which are both appreciated. Matt arrived on time, introduced himself, and discussed what he would be doing (checking the operation of the generator, changing the oil, etc.) He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. Our second interaction with Crisafulli was the next day, and was equally impressive, but more complex. We had signed a contract to replace our aging furnace with a new one, and it was installed that day. Once again, we received the reminder of the scheduled installation the day before, and received a text message about 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the 2 technicians who were responsible for the job. This time, the technicians were Adam Bulson, who was the leader, and David Altomer, who assisted. Once again, both individuals were knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and courteous. Due to the complexity associated with removing the old furnace and installing the new one, they had to enter and leave the house a few times, and were on site for most of the day. They were quiet, focused, and gave a few progress reports as they proceeded. At the end of the installation, Adam took the time to show us what had been done in the basement, and how to operate the thermostat, which can be controlled via the Lenox app on our phones. He answered all of our questions, and assisted with getting the app installed, logging in, and syncing it with the thermostat. , Once again, we give Crisafulli 5 stars, and highly recommend them for all of the plumbing, heating and cooling products and services that they provide.

I had a pipe leaking in my basement and first had my home heating oil company send out a repair person. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair the leak. I then called Crisafulli Bros and they sent out Timothy Gross to fix my issue. When Timothy Gross arrived, within probably with 2 or 3 minutes of talking to him after he looked at the issue, I had 100% confidence that he was going to fix my issue. He knocked it out of the park! He also had a great attitude/personality...what an asset to Crisafulli Bros!!!
