Reasonable price | $400–600 If you want things done right, call E.W. Tompkins. We had a leaky faucet, and so many of my friends said, "Yeah, I know how to fix that!" But they didn't. We have used E.W. Tompkins for many things in the past and figured we just needed them for "big" jobs. However, this leaky faucet turned out to be a big job. The plumber came out and needed to replace the entire faucet system because the person who had remodeled the bathroom in 2015 had "cheaped out" and bought a no-name faucet. That guy also didn't install the shut-off valves properly. On the other hand, the E.W. Tompkins plumber did it right. He had to re-work the shut-off valves and the entire faucet system, using a Delta faucet. I admit that I wouldn't have picked the design he installed, but hey, I'm not all that choosy. It works and WILL work, probably for as long as we own this house. I am grateful. Services Faucet repair

E.W. Tompkins plumbing heating and cooling company serviced my Navien tankless heater. They did a poor job and I had to call them back because I wasn’t getting any hot water. They came back and I had hot water for three days. I finally decided to call a different plumber who specialized in tankless heaters and they did an awesome job. New Reasonable price Responsive and professional. I'd had a problem with my shower, the valve cartridge needed to be replaced but was fully seized like the sword in the stone. A plumber from a different company couldn't remove it and suggested a valve replacement. While it was clearly not easy, E.W. Tompkins managed to remove the cartridge with some clever techniques and put in a new one without the need to replace the entire valve, saving time and money. Services Shower repair

They come when you call ready to help you solve your problem, not to haggle about the cost of the service fee for just arriving. I cant say enough about this business. From the ladies that answer the calls to my service guys Steve and Mike. They were all friendly and professional. They worked with my schedule and even accommodated me and wore their cloth booties in my apt bc I dont wear shoes in the house. They are knowledgeable, do good work, didnt make a mess and were efficient. Steve explained everything to me and was very patient while answering all my questions. Fixed all the issues I had with my tankless hot water system!!! Will always use E.W. Tompkins for all plumbing needs. Will also recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they provide.
