New Reasonable price Mike was great 😊 first thing needed to be done was to have a new shut off valve for the main water line to the house installed. We contacted BF plumbing due to not being able to get the water to the bath tub faucet to turn off completely which was due to an issue with the cartridge and had water leaking into the basement when the shower was on due to an old loose pipe that needed to be replaced. Mike explained everything that needed to be done and picked out a new beautiful bathtub handle and wall plate for the shower. Highly recommend 😊 Services Plumbing leak repair

Not sure | $2,000+ I recently had upgrades/repairs made to my plumbing. Right from the first phone call to them to the very end I was working with professional people. No leaving messages on answering machines I got a real person who answered my questions, gave me an estimate, set up a time to come. The technicians, Thomas, Mamet, Mike and Leo were great to work with, came during the timeframe they specified, Went out of their way to get the exact item that I wanted and cleaned up their mess completely. They were very friendly and polite. I started dealing with this company 48 years ago when it used to be Farrell Brothers. Thank you guys! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We truly appreciate your kind words, and I know the techs and the rest of our team will be very thankful to hear them as well. One thing I especially wanted to mention is that Farrell Bros Inc. is still very much here. Farrell Bros owns and operates our Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchises, and we are incredibly proud to celebrate 106 years of serving our community — and counting. It means a great deal to hear from someone who has been doing business with Farrell Brothers for 48 years. Thank you for continuing to trust us with your home and for being a part of our long history. We look forward to taking care of you for many years to come!
