Wonderful company to work with! Jaylyn and Mikey were very nice and very respectful and did an excellent job installing a water softener and fixing a pesky leak. The owner, Scott, is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate all their help and hard work. If any plumbing issues come up, I will not hesitate to call them. On Tuesday 6/18 your repairman Dave came to my Apartment on a service call for my air conditioner. He had been to my complex before so he knew the equipment. Dave had my problem fixed in less than 30 minutes and was very patient with me when I asked 100 questions on moving forward. He made suggestions and recommendations on what needed to be done if my unit went out again. The thing that got to me was that he came back after he had eaten lunch to check to make sure my A/C was working sufficiently. You don't see that kind of service nowadays. Thank you Dave!!

This review is long past due… Pros: they are not rude or unprofessional, and they are responsive Cons: charge ridiculous amounts for labor and send 2 guys for a 1 man job, in addition to equipment charges! don’t have all equipment (camera with locator, which they wanted to charge me for a separate visit AND labor), ridiculously high quotes and not much confidence for issue resolution I used another company who charged by the job, had all equipment on hand, and quoted me LESS THAN HALF of what Cleveland quoted me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can recommend two other local companies who charge by the job, diagnose and resolve issues with confidence, and pay a fraction of the price. $3500 lost, shame on me for using them multiple times. Lesson learned!

Scott's expertise and customer service is unmatched. We have been in out home for a few years and it was built in 1965 - Scott has been the only one and Cleveland being the only staff to figure out our unique issues in our home. I switched to Cleveland about three years ago. In addition to boiler & central AC maintenance, they have been out several times to repair difficult to access leaks from plumbing fixtures in our second floor. They get thumbs up on all aspects. Got a water installed from these guys back in September of 2021. It cost over 2400$, which is incredibly expensive service. I thought at least that they did a quality job. But now less than 9 months later my nearly new water heater's pilot light will not stay lit. EDIT they did respond to this post. So I give them credit for the information. To begin, I asked for Cleveland to come out and look at my boiler / try to get it started. Also I asked for a quote to install baseboard heaters. Scott did not attempt to start the boiler which I guess was fine since it was old but charged me for an inspection any way. (I wasn’t home at the time) That situation is ok I guess, however I was getting a quote anyways so if he didn’t do anything I didn’t see the complete reason for it. Moving forward I received an astronomical quote with nothing broken down as I had asked. When asking to further explain the quote and help me out with it (first time homebuyer) he mentioned he didn’t have time to explain it but if I gave him a check he was happy to help. Also asked me if I had ever even been in my own house / had a very demeaning attitude during the whole situation which could’ve been explained and handled a way different way. Office staff was nice but did not appreciate the owner. Negative Professionalism

The plumbers were on time and very professional. We had two issues that they investigated and told us what the solutions would be. They priced the repairs and detailed what needed to happen. We had a new toilet installed which they did in a quick and thorough manner. We were pleased with the service we received.

We had Clevland P and H come to replace our ancient well pump. Tommy and Mike came and worked at our house for two full days and then some. Chris came to lend a hand on the last day. This was a huge job! They were on time, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient! I would not hesitate to call them again if we need them. Cleveland plumbing and heating was punctual with the return call as well as there prompt arrival. I had the opportunity to speak with Lauren who makes appointments. I asked Lauren about the experience of the tech. Lauren advised me that he has been vetted and with company for some many years now. The Techician Arrived at 10:40am and was done with work by 11:30am with travel to retrieve blower motor part needed for job. I asked Lauren why I was being charged $49 and some change extra. Lauren advised me that the technician called after 11:40. Lauren also advised me that I have to pay until tech is done with paper work as well. The form I received had my name address and cost of parts and tax and total all written by had. Simple form. I felt that once the travel and work is completed then clock should stop. Lauren advised I pay for them to write ticket as well. When I called the next day and spoke with Lauren. I found Lauren to be short with me when I called to express the experience. Lauren’s answer was that she would have Mr. Cleveland call me. I Was informed there is a 1 year warranty on work. I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Scott Cleveland which gave me some tips for my furnace. I went home and did what Scott said and my furnace is working like a charm. I would highly recommend this company. Mr. Cleveland made me feel like family. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend Scott and his crew. Was having a problem with propane boiler and sent Scott a video. he immediately called me back and explained his thoughts. Then cleared his schedule to stop over and see it in person. Scott went over everything and said the installation wasn't wrong but things have changed over the years and made some suggestions. He never once made any negative comments towards the installer and complimented some things and showed what he could do to rectify the 2 major issues. So far so good. Few days in, and no air/steam in heating lines, no pipes banging, and everything seems to be perfect. Can't thank you enough . Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality
