New Overpriced Downgrading from 5 stars to 1 star. - Hot water has been shut off since Sunday. Today is Tuesday. - Per discussion with the on-call plumber, The service manager was supposed to call to schedule a time to evaluate our options. 2 days later (Tues), no word from anyone. - After 2 days of no hot water and no communication, I received a link to an auto generated and astronomical SOW, without explanation. - Before the service call my shower was working. Now, after the service call, my shower is not working. Not even the cold water. - The cost to repair my shower, which was working before Rice Plumbing showed up, but not after, was included in the SOW. - We have no hot water for 2 days going on 3 days. - We have no communication. - We cannot even take a cold shower

Great price | $1,000+ Today, 0ct. 6,2026 I had Rice come to clear the kitchen sink drain. They arrived promptly, addressed the problem and resolved the issues. Further, they recommended a repiping under the kitchen sink as it is the original plumbing from 30 yrs ago. The lines are narrowing due to what we went down the sink over the years, which I fully agree. Being a retired plumber I know exactly what they are talking about. Problem resolved with courteous and knowledgeable tecghs. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them. Today, September 11, I had Rice come to address an issue regarding my shower. They arrived promptly and quickly remedied the issue. They thoroughly inspected affected area and addressed issue as needed. I am extremely pleased with their work, professionalism and knowledge. The tech Andrew was pleasant and answered my questions. I will continue to recommend them and use them for all my plumbing issues.Today 4/27/26, Rice plumbing again did a great job in removing an indirect, repute back to boiler, remove old bathroom sink and hang new one. In addition to making repairs to my shower. I am extremely pleased with the work they have done prior to this and today. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to address plumbing issues. I will continue to use them for any plumbing issues that may arise in the future. Today 4/14/26, Rice plumbing had made another repair in my home. Replacement if sump pump for washing machine. David the tech was professional, courteous and extremely efficient. This repair took only a short time and everything working fine. Again another good job completed by Rice plumbing. Thoroughly satisfied and pleased. Today 11/8/2025, I had Rice plumbing here again to address issue with my heat. They replaced my thermostat, circulator pump valves and piping which had corroded. All issues were addressed efficiently and quickly. System is now working fine. Pleased with their performance, knowledge and courteous demeanor. Again had to have Rice plumbing come to my home to check boiler today 11/26/24. It was found that boiler needed to be serviced as it hadn’t been done years prior. This work was performed quickly, with efficiency and thoroughly. Rice provides excellent service with knowledgeable techs who are pleasant and explain what they are doing, why. Boiler running great now. Another well done job! Today, 8/7/24 I had to have waste line for kitchen sink repiped . And as expected once again received excellent, professional and pleasant service. I would highly recommend Rice plumbing for any plumbing/heating/installs and repairs. I have had to use them for various repairs especially repair of sewer line and indirect install. The service I experienced was courteous, friendly, professional. The technicians were knowledgeable, thorough and willing to answer any questions asked. They are prompt and quickly resolved issue. I will only use this business for my plumbing/heating needs as I was thoroughly satisfied with their professionalism and knowledgeable technicians. Plus their prices are fair and they offer service contracts to boot. I had Ruce plumbing return again on 3/21/24 to clear clogged tub drain. The tech David was pleasant thorough and professional and advised to have short distance of repiping that would be needed in the future. Problem was solved by snaking drain. So I will be calling them back to recipe that section of pipe to insure no further issues. Wonderful company to work with. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The guys were on time and lovely and put in the electric anode and the gas wall heater starter. But the water heater now has low pressure and low temp and the wall heater does not work. Brandon thinks it may be the fan, which is a new problem, it was working last spring. I also asked for a check on the furnances for the winter. There was no follow up on your end. I called and set up a new appointment with a different technician.
