New We had a great experience working with Paul and his team on repairs related to water damage in our basement and bathroom. They were responsive, professional, and checked in with us throughout the job to make sure we were happy with the work. They also took care of a few extras for us at no additional cost, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’re very happy with the work and would definitely consider using them again for future projects.

Reasonable price Paul and his team are a rare kind of contractor - an honest one that does the kind of work you need them to. I called Paul needing work done to water damage. From the get go, Paul was always polite, professional, prompt, and candid on pricing. Once we agreed, Paul was constantly in contact with me, letting me know every step of the way what was going on. As they were working, they found other conditions that they immediately stopped and let me know about. Paul was honest in sharing his options and thoughts with me and what the next steps should be (Spoiler: he was right). Though it meant more work, it ultimately lead to the resolution of an issue in my home I would have never known about it if wasn't for Paul and his team calling it out, and more importantly, fixing it. They were in my home for two weeks, and they were always on time, did their work, and their work quality was absolutely top-tier from demo to installation, and kept the area they worked in pretty neat and tidy. Paul truly prides himself on his experience and the quality of his work and it shows. What went from "oh my god this looks like an absolute disaster" was literally turned into a finished product that I could have used as a showroom. For all they work they did, they left the place so clean you would have had to look extraordinarily hard to even guess at the amount of work that was done. I am deeply grateful for not just fixing the problems I had in my home, but also how the process was handled from start to finish. I would happily work with Paul and his team again, and would recommend him to anyone who needed a damn good contractor. Services General construction, Install flooring, Painting, General building construction, Interior finishing, Drywall installation, Mold damage restoration, Drywall repair

Great price Paul was an absolute LIFE SAVER!! My family and I were so, so lucky to find him. We were in the middle of finding a terrible leak that resulted in a lot of work unexpectedly needing to be done quickly and had received what felt like an exaggerated quote from another contractor. Paul came in and I immediately knew we were in good hands. He’s honest, an incredible communicator, works with integrity, and made a terrible situation into a quick and painless fix in less time and for less money that what was originally quoted to us. I would highly recommend Paul and Clean Sweep Contracting for any work that you need done. He also did great with my dogs, kids, and in-laws which was just an added bonus of working with him! Reasonable price I began working with Paul when we had damage to our home after a snowstorm. I had to have the overhang over my door replaced and it was going to be done through homeowners insurance. As soon as I spoke with Paul over the phone for the first time, I felt very comfortable with him. I met with a few different GC‘s and Paul got the job with no hesitations. He helped me work with my insurance company, which was very helpful. As it turns out once he was done with the overhang I had him do a full bathroom remodel for me as well. Needless to say the bathroom looks fantastic as to the overhang above my front door. His employees were incredibly respectful and clean. I thought I would be vacuuming and mopping every night after having them go in and out all day long and that wasn’t the case whatsoever even though we did a lot of demolition. I was so impressed with how they worked and they were generally just very nice. I have already recommended Paul to my neighbors who are looking at doing some remodeling and I would certainly recommend at least calling him if you are looking for someone. Clean Sweep did a great job updating my kitchen and bathroom. I met with Paul to discuss what I wanted to do. He went step by step with me through the options. He was very patient with me as I tried to figure out exactly what I wanted to do with each room. I also had a leak by my skylight which caused water damage and mold on the ceiling. He was able to remove the mold and repair the damage to the ceiling. I would highly recommend Paul and his Clean Sweep team.

Paul and his crew are fantastic, and I highly recommend them. They made my house beautiful, as we decided to do floor to ceiling wainscoting as well as a coffered ceiling. Paul is very good at visualizing a custom design for your space, and I let him do his thing - however, he was also very receptive to my input. He really cares about making your house/his work looking nice, which is hard to find these days. Shout out to his work crew as well, who were hard working, punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. Can’t go wrong with Clean Sweep! I will use them anytime I’m in need of home remodeling. Thanks for everything!

I wrote this review because Paul deserves every bit of it. My wife & I are so appreciative for what he did for us. We could never imagine that our home was going to look the way it does. After this terrible flood we had, we were looking for a water mitigation company. This process has been nothing but a pain in our side since it happened. We thank Paul for guiding us in the right direction with picking out materials and keeping us on budget. All the selections that he made are wonderful and I want to especially thank him for handling all of the paperwork with the insurance adjusters throughout this process. He & his company were a true blessing for us. If you're looking for a contractor who goes above and beyond, this would be the right company to call. Paul handles all aspects of the work. He doesn't use subcontractors so different people are not coming to your house every day. Paul is a man of his word. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family. Once again, we thank Paul for all of his help.

First things first. I never write reviews. But I’ve made an exception because I am a man of my word and Paul and crew delivered a great product. So me and my wife recently purchased a home which will be used as a rental/investment property. I found Paul / (clean sweep) online, read his reviews and looked at his site. I Soon after set up an appointment to meet and discuss my project. Paul understood my budget and the vibe we were looking for. What made things exceptionally intriguing for us was that he handles everything from start to finish, removing the tedious stressful stuff that nobody wants to deal with (design and picking out stuff). So you can either be involved or simply let him do his thing. We chose both and it worked out well. His crew always showed up, always were easy to talk too and always were working. Paul has a great feel for construction and design and is well versed with people’s realistic needs and wants. He’s extremely thorough and makes it a point to make your project top priority. We wound up renovating our entire house. It consisted of a Full kitchen Reno, 2 full bathrooms, new floors throughout house, painting the entire home, plumbing and electrical work, trim work, and every odd and end we could think of in between. The house was built in the 50s and threw a few curveballs at the guys along the way but It honestly was a pretty seamless job. As I stated, He took care of all purchases, garbage removal and also made sure a payment schedule was implemented that worked for us both. We had a timeline for completion which was met as well. It’s hard to find contractors today that will even return a call. With Paul, you’ll find he’ll go out of his way to get the job, make it look beautiful, and keep to his word. I would definitely recommend clean sweep and would absolutely use them again in the future.

After my mother's basement flooded, I requested several estimates to completely repair the damage. Paul responded quickly with a complete and reasonable estimate. He took the time to answer questions and worked with the insurance company to get us a prompt and fair settlement. Because I could not be on site while the construction was happening, Paul sent me photos and updates on how the work was proceeding. He always responded promptly to phone calls and text messages. The transformation to a formerly dark and dated basement was amazing. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the exceptional quality of the work that was done. Based on this positive experience, I had Paul complete additional work in my mother's home and another property. I will be calling him for any future construction needs.

I have an older house that I'm preparing to sell. I had a small repair job to the doorframe of my home. Paul came, looked at the job then did everything possible to correct the issue. The job was so small I'm sure his profit margin was minimal. However, Paul was so caring, professional and determined to get this correct so it looked brand new. He and his team did an amazing job. It is rare that you find a contractor that has the winning combination of caring and talent. I wholeheartedly recommend Paul and his team to do any job small or large in your home.

Clean Sweep Last February I met with Paul DiScala owner of Clean Sweep Contracting Corp to repair house. My heating and plumbing pipes broke this past winter and damaged one side of my house. After speaking with many companies and contractors I decided to go with Paul. While speaking with Paul over the phone I realized there was something different about this fellow. I was absolutely right. When I met him in person for the estimate it confirmed my feelings. Paul is a good honest hardworking man of integrity. He is blessed with creative design. He had a vision for my house. I only wished I could have seen that vision from the start instead of seeing the money. I would have bought into that vision at the start instead of adding on as the work progressed. ***Moreover Paul HANDLED ALL INSURANCE claims and got us DOUBLE THE MONEY the insurance company was offering me*** Paul is patient kind and a pleasure to work with. I changed my mind so many times but he took it all with a smile. Whenever I’d call him he’d start laughing and say “what is it now Rose?” It was a quite an undertaking on an 1863 three-story house. Unexpected challenges kept popping up with the age of the house. But Paul covered everything under the original contract. The project took us from May to October. As I said I kept adding to the project. Paul is very painstaking and observant. He pays attention to the details. He cares about his clients. He notices when you are not thrilled about something. His end goal is to make you happy and to love the job he is doing for you. Everyone from Interior designers consultants realtors to friends have all complimented the work done by Paul and his team. The work crew of Clean Sweep Contracting Corp is highly skilled decent honest and trustworthy. Needless to say we are thrilled with the outcome. Paul is divinely inspired to transform your space into a beautiful place that you will absolutely love. Thank you Paul Abundant Blessings Joe and Rose NYC NY
