Chaim Cohen is the rudest, most unnecessarily confrontational service person I have ever dealt with. He aggressively accused me of lying about damage to my brand new bathroom floor his worker caused while installing a toilet and faucet. The worker came over and easily fixed the damage...so what should have been a quick, pleasant problem resolution became a couple of completely unnecessary, hostile arguments before and after the fix, and he wouldn't stop. Then he calls back again, badgering me for immediate payment, saying "why not right now? how are you busy?" (Of course I paid him when I had a free moment.) Everything works fine, but there are a lot of plumbers around, and the stress of dealing with him isn't worth it.
