Prompt, efficient service
AI reads the Google reviews shown on this page, up to 300. When there are more, it reads a random sample of 300 with the same mix of star ratings as all the reviews. Each point is something at least 3 reviewers say. It shows how many, and you can open their reviews. Complaints are what reviewers report, not our verdict. We check serious ones before showing them. New Reasonable price Rob Marinelli from 1st Choice Plumbing has been a big help with the sewer inspection needed for our home sale. He’s kept things moving and stayed in touch with updates, including when he dropped off the video with the Village and when to expect the certificate. I appreciate knowing where things stand without having to chase anyone. I’d happily recommend Rob!

Reasonable price | $600–800 Water is the most important component in making our Tonkotsu broth. Our Allini filter installed by First Choice Plumbing ensures that the water is not too ‘hard’ otherwise the quality of our broth would be affected. Highly recommended

Rob Marinelli does excellent work. He is professional, efficient, and very reliable. He responded quickly to my call, completed the job quickly, explained everything clearly, and left everything clean. I have used a number of plumbers over the years, but Rob is the best. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

We had an outstanding experience with 1st Choice Plumbing, and especially with Rob, the owner, and his assistant Juan. From start to finish, they made what could have been a stressful situation completely smooth and worry-free. We actually had an emergency pipe issue that left us unable to use our kitchen sink. Rob immediately made us a priority and followed up quickly and efficiently, which we truly appreciated during such an urgent situation. We had been putting off several other plumbing issues for quite some time because we couldn’t find anyone who truly inspired confidence—until now. Rob and Juan exceeded our expectations in every way. They installed our A.O. Smith water heater with an automatic shut-off flawlessly and handled the removal and installation of a new kitchen sink waste line, including the connection to the sewer line, with great care and precision. What really stood out was their professionalism, attention to detail, and the quality of both their workmanship and the parts they used. They also left everything spotless, which we greatly appreciated. We are extremely happy with the results and grateful to have finally found a plumbing service with such a high level of skill and expertise. Highly recommended!

At the end of a very long, frustrating process with another contractor, Robert came in and rectified the situation in record time. He was clear, concise, and efficient. He even helped me with a new contractor who could do the cosmetic work after Robert fixed what was wrong. From consultation to final inspection, Robert handled the entire process like a true professional. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!
