Overpriced | $300–400 Quoted 200 to come out and look at a tankless water heater issue. Charged 300 instead of the original quote of 200 to have the guy look at it for 12 minutes just to say replace it. (Another plumber came the next day and fixed the issue after running 40 minutes of tests on it) Don't trust whatever the original quote they give over the phone is. Services Service not listed

Tried to get a quote from them to get radiant heat, oil to gas conversion, and adding an extra bathroom but they never bothered providing any quote even after I followed up numerous times with Yasmin. Rich came over and seemed very confident in their services and the job, and was supposed to get a quote within a couple of weeks. I followed up multiple times with Yasmin, spoke to Rich again, and got the run around. They said they could not run a gas line to hook up a stove at the same time they did the gas conversion, or could not run the pipes in a way that I requested so that adding a bathroom in the future would be easier and cause less destruction at that point in the future. Other plumbers said they could accommodate my request. After they failed to provide a quote after a couple of months of dragging it on, not replying and lying to me, I got many quotes from other plumbing companies. The other companies all said that my plans were well thought out and were feasible so that a second bathroom could be more easily added in the future to minimize the future cost and destruction.
