I have had several different plumbers from this company service multiple issues at my home over the past 10 years. The plumbers who came to my house were always professional, knowledgeable, and very proficient in their skills and workmanship. Their interactions with me both in person and over the phone have always been courteous and respectful. After using this plumbing service for many years extremely disappointed with the rash and terrible customer service response when the boiler they installed needed service. They were short, rude and unprofessional. My family is without hot water and they did not care. We were even told "it's just hot water" This was the system they installed.

Never using this company again. Their plumber fixed original problem. Then the plumber made unauthorized further repairs on pipes within the same area and charged me for the parts and labor on that part of the job. The same plumber who was very rough with the pipes in the same area caused a secondary leak that was not part of the original job. The plumber did not want to document the unauthorized repairs on the bill. When I insisted, he document those unauthorized repairs the plumber took off his face mask and argued with me in my home potentially exposing me to COVID. Later that day, a second plumber had to come back and fix a leak caused by the original plumber. The manager stated that she would adjust the bill. Called because boiler was leaking. Always feel a bit nervous when I have no experience, but they were extremely courteous, professional and fairly priced. The plumber who came was very knowledgeable and professional. Came right on time, explained what needed to be done and gave a reasonable estimate of the cost. Fixed everything neatly and quickly, just all around great service. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a plumber. No one want to have to call a plumber but it's very comforting to know about Jack Gayson. In the midst of this social distancing thing I had a leak that actually took down part of my kitchen ceiling. I called them at 9am and two wonderful guys were here by 9:30! They were appropriately prepared for the cover 19 rules. They were able to trace the source of the leak and replace a cracked pipe. Then they got out the vacuum and cleaned the two areas affected. Really you can't do better than that!
