Tyler was prompt and professional when installing my new gas water heater.. I told him how nervous I am about the tank location but he explained everything as he went and reassured me that even though my heater is in the attic the setup was done properly when the house was built with a drain leading to outside. I'm a Rivertech HVAC customer who recommended Buddy's and since I trust them I trusted using Buddy the Plumber 👍

Great Service & Quick Response I called this morning with a plumbing issue and was very impressed with how attentive and responsive they were. They quickly understood what I needed and were able to arrange for someone to come out the same day. Although I ultimately canceled the service call after resolving the issue myself, I really appreciated their professionalism, quick response, and willingness to help on such short notice. Great customer service and responsiveness. I would definitely consider calling them again when I need a plumber!
