Vince and Logan were entirely pleasant, dependable, and solid with the work they did on my kitchen faucet and my outside plumbing (AND the leaks Vince fixed). Vince kept in contact with me and although it took a minute for them to be able to circle back here, Tommy even discounted my final bill.

Amazing! They are now 'my plumber' after several service calls, the most recent one for a fast flowing leak (they were here within an hour). Their prices are great, they really explain what they need to do, and the guys are friendly. I've got them on speed dial.

5 STARS!!! 5 points: Integrity, Honesty, Skill, Price, and Professionalism. Logan and Logan were very prompt and came a few minutes earlier than quoted. I had flushed a cologne bottle down the toilet by accident. They were so fast at fixing the problem. They had to break the bottle inside the toilet then replace the seal and put the toilet back on the floor. They did it so cleanly. There are zero marks or scuffs anywhere on the toilet. It works perfectly now! They were very friendly and professional. I recently moved to a new home and asked if they could look at the plumbing for me and quote me for anything that may need replacing. They both went into the crawlspace and checked it. They came back and told me everything is good! They gave me the technical specs on everything which I forget now but they really made me feel good about my plumbing situation. No extra charge! Speaking of price, they are the least expensive of 4 of the first results when you google plumbers in Chattanooga. I can’t imagine any other plumbers being better than the service I got from Logan and Logan! FloSure will be my go to plumbers from here on! I cannot recommend them enough! FIVE STARS!!!

Here is what I got… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5‑Star Review We had a very large plumbing repair on an old house, and Tommy’s team was outstanding from start to finish. They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would do, and there were no surprises — other than learning that Logan’s wife is a professional baker, which just made the whole experience even more fun. Tommy, Logan, and Logan are true professionals: skilled, pleasant, hardworking, and just downright good people. Their organization runs like a well‑oiled machine, and it shows in the quality of their work and the way they treat customers. We were so impressed that we referred them to our daughter, and she was just as pleased. We’re genuinely grateful to have found this crew. They work hard, treat every customer fairly, and make even big projects feel manageable. Tommy has become like family, and we recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. A great group of gentlemen doing excellent work.

I had a great experience with this company today. They (Logan and Logan) came out to fix a leaky toilet connection, and I was extremely impressed with the honesty, knowledge, and efficiency. They quickly identified the issue and had it fixed in no time without trying to upsell or overcomplicate anything. They also took the time to answer all my questions about future home upgrades and gave helpful information about my current situation. It’s hard to find people you can trust for home repairs, but this was definitely one of those experiences. I truly appreciate the professionalism and straightforward approach. I will absolutely be using them again for any future plumbing or home needs. Highly recommend.

I just moved from North Georgia from the Rossville area to North Shore Chattanooga and Flosure Plumbing has gone above and beyond in all of the projects that they have done for me. I had issues with a running toilet and a leaking water heater in my new home and they fixed everything but while while they were here they found a few issues and unclogged my garbage disposal and fixed a leaky faucet that I didn’t know about FOR FREE! I LOVE THIS COMPANY! They have made me more aware about water filtration and I be done my homework on that subject. I’m now having them install a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system and a water softener in my home now too, I can’t wait!

Logan visited my home today and expertly resolved all of my plumbing issues. I had a severely leaking shower and consistently poor water pressure since moving in. Logan replaced everything, ensuring improved pressure and no leaks, and he was incredibly patient with my dog, who was quite curious about him. The pricing was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the timing was ideal. I am truly grateful and highly recommend FloSure for all your plumbing needs.

My RainSoft water system needed the resin/mineral tank refreshed. I can’t say enough good things the tech, Ezra, who came out to perform the job. I found Ezra very knowledgeable concerning the task as well as very personable, courteous, and polite. I will not hesitate to call on this company for any future needs.

Came out to fix a backup in the shower very quickly. Identified the piping in the crawlspace was done incorrectly and cut it out and replaced with new. Good work and good pricing would use again.

Flosure was able to quickly come out and replace my pressure regulator valve and solve the water flow issue in my house for a great price. Logan and Logan had the valves swapped faster than I could write this review. Thanks guys!
