I had a bad experience with another well known company in the area. I was overcharged for something that I probably didn't need. I was also told I needed to find a company that would add freon to my central air conditioning system as it was low and only had 60 percent. I decided to call Boiler King. Carol from Boiler King was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She didn't think I needed freon after I told how great it worked. She said her husband John would come over and check it out and there would be no charge if it didn't need freon. Her husband John and another worker, Ryan came over today to check it out. They didn't just find out it didn't need any freon but they also went upstairs in the attic to find out that it was working great and in the airflow temperature was right where it is supposed to be. They went over and beyond for me. John and Ryan were here for around 45 minutes and there was no charge. I definitely found my new air conditioning company for whenever I need service or anything else. I highly recommend Boiler King in Montgomery New York..

Great price | $1,600–1,800 Hot water heater went on father's day called the number. Called me back immediately and they were at my house the next day at noon. They were EXTREMELY professional, clean, polite and did amazing work were in and out in under 2 hours. Price was extremely fair

Needed a new AC/Heat unit installed. They gave a competitive quote and went with them. AC installed and worked but found they didn't use any mastic to connect air handler to existing duct work, just tape. It was leaking cold air into the attic. Also in fall the heat wouldn't turn on because they forgot to hookup some wires. They also melted a hole through the new condenser pad they just installed when brazing the lineset. In the attic they took all the old scraps and water bottles and other trash and carefully hid it all around the corners in the attic so they didn't have to take it out.

Called these folks as a new customer/new home owner in the area. The overall experience is excellent and pleasant. The call staff and tech are kind and knowledgeable. They were able to work with me with changing service dates sooner (due to their end) Tech was very thorough and took time to explain each step of the process and why it is important. The only hiccup I felt was being told only at the time of the bill at the end, to pay an additional unexpected $90 on top due to having a ‘dirty boiler’ and the tech having to spend more time. I highly recommend boiler king for all your heating and plumbing needs, I had hired a local company to service my heater they did not do the job and wanted to charge me 3 times as much for a pump. Boiler king was recommended to me by another person and I am highly satisfied. They are a nice family owned business that care about their community. Ryan was my technician and he was great knowledgeable and sincere with his job. I would definitely request Ryan if you need any work. Boiler King recently installed a brand new System 2000 boiler in our home and the entire experience from estimate to the completion of the job was phenomenal. You can tell that this company not only takes pride in their work, but they also take pride in taking care of their customers. I priced out several different companies in the area when looking to replace our old boiler and hot water heater and I got such a great vibe when Carol was here for the initial estimate. That great vibe continued when I met with the main installer on the job, Derek. When a date was set up for the installation, Derek, John, and another gentleman were here on time and the job was completed in the timeframe I was told. There were no surprises and to top it off the quality of work that they did is absolutely top notch. Our old system had pipes and wires everywhere while our new system is clean and pristine. I cannot recommend this company enough and look forward to having them as our go to HVAC company from now on.
