We had our sewer line replaced, and our project posed some particularly difficult hurdles related to the neighboring property. A lesser company would have walked away, but the owners acted with great integrity on our behalf and saw the project through in spite of some challenging circumstances. We were well pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the whole team and with the results of the completed project. I am so thankful we found Archie's and would not hesitate to recommend them!!

We had an ongoing issue with our vacuum breaker pump and then a broken pipe in the irrigation control box but thanks to Matt who came out several times to help diagnose and fix the problem quickly!, Archie’s has an amazing group of workers all around and kudos to them for getting us squeezed in on short notice and back up and running

We had a plumbing emergency and needed help quickly. As a property management company, we usually have our go-to plumbers, but they were booked out, so I gave Archie’s a call. From the time I called to the time the job was completed was only about an hour and a half, and they were able to get everything working again! The staff and plumber were fantastic to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they were professional, responsive, and efficient. We will definitely be using them again!

I recently had some pipes break under my house. Archies plumbing came out to assess the damage and set up an appointment when two techs were able to come fix the issue. They arrived when I was at work and I left a key out for them. They were unable to find the water shutoff (which is in very accessible area and my neighbor and another plumber were able to find it easily that week so I didn’t think there was an issue finding it) so the job that had already been pushed back a week wasn’t finished. They were supposed to call me on Monday after the weekend to send more technicians out, I never received a call and no one answered the phone when I called that morning. I was then supposed to be scheduled more than a week later to finally get it fixed. I told them I had been without hot water for 3 weeks in the wintertime and I had been patient with them thus far, and no concern from their end on that. I then called Ben Franklin plumbing, was able to get a tech out early that next morning and was quoted over $1,000 less for them doing more than I had asked Archie’s to do and get it done 2 days after I called! The technician sounded much more experienced form BF’s as well. I sadly had a bad experience with Archie’s plumbing and if you need something done soon for you… don’t count on it.

If anyone needs a plumber, I totally recommend Archie's. They have come out to our house four times in a week and a half to try and help us with our plumbing. In fact, he showed up the other day around noon and didn't leave until 11:00 p.m.! they've worked with us on the cost and expense and I feel like they never took us for a ride but we're very empathetic and wanting to help.
