One of their drivers literally put my life in danger on the BQE yesterday with aggressive road rage—brake-checking me and changing lanes to prevent me from getting away from him. He nearly caused an accident with myself as well as multiple other vehicles. When I reported it to the company, their response was a mere “write-up.” Police are now involved. Based on this experience and the pattern in other reviews, this company clearly has serious safety and service issues. I would never trust them with anyone’s business—or life.

I've never used this company before, but after the incident I witnessed on the BQE this afternoon I can honestly say I would never use them in the future either. One of their drivers was recklessly trying to run another car off the road. I was behind them and it nearly caused a major accident. This was right in the middle of rush hour traffic! I'm shocked that someone would blatantly drive a company van like that when the name and phone number of the business are plastered all over the side and back. I called the police to report it, but was unfortunately able to make out a plate number. All I can say is I hope the person in the other car is okay. Very scary and very dangerous situation. Buyer beware; the other reviews here sound equally horrifying.

All County came out on a Sunday morning to snake my toilet as well as my sewer line. He did an excellent job - was resourceful and careful not to make any more mess than necessary. He was able to resolve the issue promptly and gave me insight on what he thought was causing the issue with my current system. Highly recommend this option if you need a plumber or other services! Extremely Unprofessional Service. I needed a hot water heater replaced and called allcounty. They were totally unresponsive. I called every day for 4 days, multiple times a day. All I got back was "we'll call you back." Never got a call. I don't care how busy they are, they can spare 5 minutes and leave a message or send an email. No issues with the call center people. They were courteous and answered quickly. The plumbers actually doing the services though place zero value on their customers. The only reason I tried so long was because of the sunk cost of the initial visit. Will never use these guys again. Neither should you.

I own multiple properites in Manhattan and Allcounty services all of them. They are wonderful with maintenance and always do a lovely job. The technicans are tidy and polite. Pricing is affordable and Gayle who is in charge of scheduling and most everything else at the business is fabulous kind and funny. The professionalism and courtesy of this company is immesurable! I am rarely in the state to keep up with these properties and rely on them to get the job done, I can trust them and that is wonderful. peace of mind is soemthing they provide by the bucketload! Doing business with this company is a good decision for any business or residental homeowner.

Worse Company I ever dealt with . Their SCAM is to come and give you an estimate for which they charge you a $ 95 service fee , which will be applied as a credit if they do the job . The guy comes looks the job over and collects his money and tells you that the office will call you back with the estimate , which they do . And here is the good part , the estimate is so high that only a fool would let them do the job . Example , new water heater on line price $660 , I am sure they could get it at a contractors discount , they wanted $ 2199 for the water heater and installation . That means they want $ 1539 to install the unit , total 1 hr work . Most ridiculous charge I ever heard off , RIPP OFF territory . Or we really don't want the job , were happy collecting $ 95 service charges all day . I DO NOT recommend this outfit .

Extremely furious with this company. They sent someone to fix a simple clog in my sink. Little did I know, he ended up removing the sink from the ground, ripped up the silicon along the tiles and put it back poorly. My bathroom was a mess! He left without informing me and my sink was then leaking from a hose underneath, which never happened before. I immediately called the company and they said he was already a few miles away. IMPOSSIBLE! He had only left 30 seconds before that and I live in Manhattan. They sent him back an hour later and he denied that the hose was leaking, even though there was water on the floor. He also said it was my super's responsibility to fix the silicon and damage on the floor. NOT TRUE. He taped it up and turned the water off. He said they would have to send someone else from their plumbing department to fix it, and they would come later in the day. Nobody ever called or came back. I had to call them and hunt them down. Then they didn't have anyone available for 2 days. I was supposed to have the first appointment of the morning and as 11am was approaching, I called to get a status. The guy was "running late" from a previous appointment. I sat home for 2 more hours and someone finally came at 1:15pm but was not aware of any problems in my sink. HE DIDN'T HAVE THE PROPER TOOLS AND MATERIALS! I then called their office, pissed off, and they did not seem to care. They said it was his problem and he could run to a hardware store to get his tools. More waiting on my end for something that should have been done DAY 1. Don't use this company, EVER.
