The workers from All City & Sewer really know how to get the job done. My pipe before the installation was so clogged. I had a 20ft main sewer line and trap installed. They removed a crooked unaligned clay pipe. My pipe before the installation was so backed up and clogged with tree roots.

I had a great experience with All City Water & Sewer. They came out to fix a broken pipe in the street, and the entire process was quick, professional, and stress-free. The workers were straightforward, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They completed the job efficiently without cutting corners, and everything was cleaned up nicely afterward. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and fast sewer or water line work!

Though I gave a previous rating of four stars I’m amending my rating to 3 stars because after cleaning up my property after the job I came across a few problems that I brought to the attention of Val. The workers broke my water hose, they didn’t fully cement the hole that was made against my house, they removed my rose bush and didn’t set it properly in the ground and piled my grass area with a lot of sand. Val told me he would send his guys back out to correct these issues and no one showed up. I had to hire a landscaper to remove the sand, dig a hole to place my rose bush back in the ground. I also had to replace my water hose.

Received a 3 day notice from DEP regarding a water line leak and All City was a referral. Val called within a half hour and quoted me a price. Val was professional, and assured me the job would be done right and efficiently. The crew came out the next morning and completed the job the same day. Before the crew left they made sure the water was running properly as well as refilled the holes that were made. Crew returned the next day to concrete where needed and tar the street. All and all was happy with the efficient job.

Was having my sewer line cleared when I was informed my sewer line was broken 65 ft out. Next day got a second opinion from another line clearing service and same news - broken line 65 ft out. Put out request for sewer companies. I ultimately choose All City Water and Sewer. Val came the day I spoke to him to look at the job (see where the trap was in my house and where the main line was). He explained what the work entailed for a line repair and to install a new sewer line. There was no hard-sell to replace the whole line (unlike other sewer companies). He gave me a price quote for both the repair and the replacement. I found Val to be knowledgeable, pleasant and relaxed. I felt confident in his company's ability to do a good job either way. There had been problems with the sewer line over the years so I decided to replace it. All City Water and Sewer crew were great! They showed up as scheduled, were pleasant and polite. They kept me informed of when the water would be turned off and put back on. So well organized. I received copies of the City work permit and work completion city inspection sign off. The job was done in a timely fashion, very neatly, and without being intrusive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience All City Water and Sewer was a pleasure to work with. On top of that they gave me a great price for the job. I received two other estimates by email after I had hired All City Water and Sewer and both were priced higher. I highly recommend using All City Water and Sewer as they did a great job for me at a good price. They also made what could be a stressful situation an easy and pleasant experience.

I received a 3-day notice from the DEP due to a broken water pipe. I reached out to five companies—two never responded, and three provided quotes. The others highlighted the challenges of the job (multiple holes, hydrant on the opposite side of the street etc), All City reassured me that it was a routine project they handle daily. Within 24 hours, the repair was completed, and the excavation was restored seamlessly. The entire process was handled with zero drama and minimal disruption. On top of that, All City was by far the most cost-effective option. Highly recommended!

Would definitely recommend this company. Had the water shut off by the city as an emergency due to a broken water relay the Friday before Memorial day and another company would have us wait until Tuesday to come out. Thankfully, Val had his team over the very next day and we had water again! The work was quick, we were clear on what was being done, and everything was restored efficiently and quickly. The circumstances were terrible but they were all friendly, professional, and made the whole experience as painless as could have possibly been.
