I was referred to Wynne by my building's co op board with rave reviews. I received a consultation on 2/21/25 and followed up at least 6+ times and never got a quote. The two men that came were extremely nice but were told to show up at my door and I never got the call 15 mins before the window 8-11am. Ivan rushed them to show up but no one called me as promised. It was blamed on dispatch. Luckily, I was home. I followed up several times via phone, emailed and texted and Ivan said he was just the middle man and had no idea when I would get the quote. It is now March 25th. I never got the quote for my bathtub replacement and/or conversion from bathtub to shower. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional. The plumbers seemed great though and I would have been happy to have them work on my bathroom.

I had been calling plumbers in the area for months trying to get someone to come and take a look at the flushometers on both of our toilets. Everyone was busy and some would make appointments and then not show up. I called Wynne and they were able to schedule someone to come out in a matter of days. They stayed in constant communication with me and let me know when the plumbers were on their way. When the plumbers arrived, they were knowledgeable and quick and were able to let me know what needed to be done almost immediately.
