Bad company would lie and find excuses to cover up bad works they did because you are not knowledge of their work. I had sewer line replaced by them. It leaked okay they came back and fixed it. But they broke my storm pipe while they dig down the ground. A section of the storm pipe is missing and they refuse to fix it. Keep calling them up for months and still can’t get the owner to answer. Don’t be fool by those hard working men and give 5 stars.

Alex FIgliolia Water & Sewer was responsive and reliable with fixing a broken pipe in front of our house. Their price was super reasonable. Not only was the price reasonable but the workers were on time and very respectful. Everything was good as new in a matter of two days. They cleaned up and put everything back after the digging was done. A huge Thank You to Alex Figliolia for helping us with our emergency needs so quickly. We know who to call when we have problems with our water main.

Made an appt and waited an entire day for Andy to show up. The next morning, I get a call apologizing for the no show, and so I make another appt. Again, I stay home and wait and wait and again it's another no show and this time no courtesy call. Is my time not valuable? I understand emergencies, but I also know everyone carries a cell phone and can call to say they're not going to show up. If they aren't reliable keeping appts, would they be reliable fixing a plumbing problem? I think not. Very unreliable and certainly not considerate of my time.

I had a great experience with Alex Figliolia Water & Sewer. I had an unexpected, urgent need on a Saturday and called on short notice - they were able to get someone to my house within two hours! They had given me a four hour window initially and showed up towards the beginning of it (that never happens!). Andrew, the estimator that helped me was extremely helpful, explained everything that was wrong and gave me multiple options and price ranges on how I could address them. I was very happy with the service and the results. They were careful around the house, cleaned up everything, etc. Really, really good.
