Six stars for my guy Ben and his son Hunter! Ben is the best plumber my mother and I have ever had step foot in our house. And we have tried A LOT of plumbers over the years and have never called the same person/company twice--until now. Ben is always prompt and on time and is the most skilled and knowledgeable plumber I've ever seen. And he is the nicest guy, will treat you and your home with RESPECT; unlike a lot of these other guys. He is polite, honest and patient and really takes time to do the job thoroughly and explain everything to you, never rushes you or has an attitude. Prices are more than reasonable. If you need a plumber call them, you won't be disappointed, thanks guys!

Ben and his son were amazing! Came to my rescue when inches of water was pouring into my basement from all this rain. I called Ben to install a whole-house water filter (Aquasana) and re-plumb a laundry waste pump. In addition to offering the best price, he showed a lot of thoughtfulness about the job. He added a valve to help drain the filter of water faster than the system's pressure release mechanism. This will save a lot of time when replacing the filters. He also secured it to the wall using a stronger system than the brackets that were included. This kind of conscientiousness is rare and very much appreciated. I highly recommend him! I am not going to repeat the rave review already mentioned. He actually had to come 2 times for two different problems. The second was a leak under the kitchen sink. It turned out the connection to the hot water faucet was leaking AND the shut off for the hot water under the sink was not working. In all my years having work done this was the FIRST time the worker didn't try to up-sell and make more work. Since the cold water shut off worked and the cold water was not leaking, he did not change them!! Ben has done a very good job each time I've contacted him. Each time, he has fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up after himself, and worn shoe covers to not track dirt all over the house, which we really appreciate. The first time, we had a leak in one of our pipes that Ben was able to cut out the faulty portion and weld in a replacement. We have not had any problems with this since. The second time, we had an issue with our bathtub drain with limited access. Ben was able to work at this with tight space constraints, but he didn't give up and was able to solve the problem without needing to break open any walls, which some other contractors insisted would be necessary. Most recently, I had another leak with a shut-off valve, but after contacting Ben, he was able to figure out a potential fix for the issue based on our conversation on the phone, which I was able to easily do, and saved him a trip and me some money. It's very hard these days to find honest people that won't try to upsell you on services and unnecessary fixes. Throughout my interactions with Ben, it clearly shows his honesty, and I will continue to contact him in the future for any issues that come up.
